I have been thinking about everything I’m grateful for. لقد كنت أفكر في كل شيء أنا ممتن له. When I want to complain, I think about the suffering of others. عندما أريد أن أشتكي، أفكر في معاناة الآخرين. Then I remember that my life is actually very good. ثم أتذكر أن حياتي في الواقع جيدة جدًا. I have a lot to be thankful for. لدي الكثير لأكون شاكرا له. My family loves me, and I have many friends. عائلتي تحبني، ولدي العديد من الأصدقاء. I know that when I’m feeling sad, I can reach out to a friend.

أعلم أنه عندما أشعر بالحزن، يمكنني التواصل مع صديق. My friends always help me to put things into perspective. يساعدني أصدقائي دائمًا في وضع الأمور في نصابها الصحيح. Sometimes it helps to look at things from a different point of view. في بعض الأحيان يكون من المفيد النظر إلى الأشياء من وجهة نظر مختلفة. Then we can see all the good there is in the world. عندها يمكننا أن نرى كل الخير الموجود في العالم. People are always trying to help each other. يحاول الناس دائمًا مساعدة بعضهم البعض.
