Grounding Ritual - Introduction and explanation

Here I share a ritual, exercise or technique for grounding which is a fundamental component of spiritual practice and good, regular energetic hygiene.   

In this episode I explain the theory and provide details of the required visualizations, desired setting and so forth. I will also publish a second version with the verbiage alone - allowing space so you can repeat after me - so you can practice.
