Episode description

The Aquademia team sat down with Michail Bilek, who is a BAP Certification Specialist here at GAA, but is also a grad student at the University of New England working on his masters of Ocean Food Systems!  Michail talks about this new academic program, how it works, and what he's learned from some of the AMAZING experiences he's had during his time there, particularly how Iceland is really leading the charge when it comes to producing sustainable seafood.  It's a good one, check it out!
