In this episode, host Aaron Apollo Camp interviews Willie Handler.

Willie is the author of the novel Loved Mars, Hated the Food, as well as the novels The Road Ahead and Deep into the Weeds. All three of Willie’s novels are humorous in nature.

Willie is also the author of the memoir Out of the Shadows, which is based on his parents’ Holocaust survival stories and his upbringing as a son of Holocaust survivors. Another nonfiction book by Willie, The Hidden Victims, which will be about intergenerational trauma among descendants of Holocaust survivors, is currently in the works.
