As an author, Wayne has written five books: My Sam Johnson: A Biography for General Readers, Greg Giraldo: A Comedian’s Story, The Killing Type, Less and Less: Personal Minimalism, and Will’s Dead Wife.

In addition to his work as an author, Wayne has considerable experience working in libraries, including a stint as the librarian for Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario Canada, provides editing services, is the host of the re:Christian podcast, and was previously a co-host of Jennia D'Lima's Writing & Editing podcast.
