Episode description

Freaks and Geeks is a television show from 1999-2000, created by Paul Feig and executive produced by Judd Apatow. It’s my favorite TV show of all time.

Musician John Guari and I bonded over our shared favorite episode of the series, “Carded and Discarded.” This episode of television includes fake IDs, big feelings for the new girl in school, the music of Billy Joel, a card game called “pit”, a rocking guidance counselor, and so much more.

My conversation with John about this episode was incredibly fun, and we even performed an impromptu rendition of a Billy Joel song at the end of the episode!
