Happy Birthday! This week we celebrate our girls turning 4. We let you in on how we celebrated the day (even the chaotic parts!) We also talk about some past birthdays of ours that were pretty memorable. From skydiving right after playing softball to going to Disney World and breaking some stuff in a rage room. We also wish every person out there a happy birthday in a very “Greg and Alex” way.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms, grandmothers, aunts and other mother figures out there! This week Greg questions Alex all about motherhood. From the good to the bad and everything in between. We learned that it’s okay to bring kids to bars as long as there aren’t any slot machines in them and how Greg and Alex own rock climbing walls. This week we get excited about baseball! We talk about the Mets first game and how it was not so successful but still made us real happy that baseball is back. Like Tracy Morgan getting food poisoning, pirates being real (Alex went deep into a rabbit hole with this one) and how Action Park is still partially around and still dangerous! This week is for the kids! As well as the kids at heart. We put on our grip socks and took a trip over to Play BiG Zone and had a great time playing games, racing in obstacle courses and going on a virtual reality rollercoaster. Greg crushed the basketball record and the girls won a bunch of great prizes. It was a great day with the family and definitely worth checking out if you are in the area!
This week we continue the feud between west coast and east coast and talk to our good friend, Ben about how raising a 3 year old differs from East to West. Is Ben able to do more than we are being the weather is so much nicer? Or do we do just as much but in different ways? Is school any different? What we know for sure is all of our kids are pretty awesome and we wouldn’t trade them (or their mini muffin snacks) for anything!
