Is implantation bleeding a real thing? (TWW & TTC journey)

One of the most popular episodes of this conception, fertility and pregnancy podcast was all about the difference between implantation bleeding and regular period/menstrual bleeding. But turns out, implantation bleeding might not even be a real thing! In this week's episode, I'm diving into some of the research around implantation bleeding and what it actually means if you're spotting during the TWW (two week wait). Plus, ever tried to conceive while you and your partner are sick with covid and it's the middle of a heat wave? Not fun!
