In this episode, a quick look at resources that you can use when you need to reach out. If you need support contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, the Trevor Project at 1-866-488-7386 or text “START” to 741-741.

The Today show post about burnout or depression and how can you tell the difference? ADAA.or has for March 2019 the theme of Social Anxiety. I'm linking to a Twitter chat that happened in 2018. There may be an answer to a question you have about the condition. NAMI HelpLine has a FAQ page about the service. Warmlines.org has a listing of local and regional phone support lines. Some of them only operate a few hours of the day. Many of the warmlines can only assist people in their geographical area. 7 Cups FAQ page on the service and how it works.
