I'm not gonna lie to you. I'm angry. I've been this way before so I know I have keep finding ways to deal with living in a chaotic, crazy mixed up time when the truth is converted with a lie and a little shinola. I need a chill break and I bet you do too. This is a pebble in the road on some meditation resources when you need to step back before you blow your top.
