Suicide survivor

In 2012 Donna Thistlethwaite attempted suicide by jumping off Brisbane's Story Bridge. Her life is now in a very different place and she have become a speaker and trainer in mental health. Donna feels passionate about helping people to thrive so that they can live their best life and minimise their chances of experiencing a mental health crisis.
