Public Services And Mediation Guest: John Sturrock

My guest John Sturrock is an internationally recognized commercial mediator and a “thought leader” in the area of mediation. He is also the Founder and CEO of Core Solutions advocating better conversations and better outcomes. John talks about how principles of mediation should be more commonly used in public services and contrasts the airline industry’s no-fault approach in the 1970’s with the health sector where the pressure on staff deserves recognition.
