Colin explains how online dispute resolution systems (ODR) first came about in the late 90’s when e-commerce took off and his experiences working on disputes and building the resolution centre at eBay. With all these millions of cases increasing each year across the e-commerce industry, Colin maintains that the best way to resolve a dispute is to prevent it in the first place.
