The American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO), in conjunction with Merial Pharmaceuticals, has been offering free eye examinations for all service dogs for the past 5 years. Dr. Bill Miller talks about the program, why it was founded, what it hopes to accomplish, and how to enroll a service dog in the program.
