This year has been one of the more challenging years of my life. This episode is about my journey to getting diagnosed as being "treatment resistant" to medications. I am not a doctor nor a medical professional. Today, I'm simply sharing my personal experience in this episode as a friend. Please consult your doctor about your medical plan and before taking any new supplements. The supplement I mention in this episode can mix poorly with other medications, which is why it is vital to consult your doctor before trying any new vitamins or supplements. I love you friends!
