And let me tell you something about Atlanta.

I don't know about Houston, but the price went up in Atlanta, it definitely so hard.

The price went up and it used to be shea. I moved to Atlanta.

Eighteen years ago and where I live now, I rent a four bedroom, almost three thousand square foot house and that same specs I rented ten years ago half price. Yeah, so half of everybody was outside in Atlanta. Yeah, it's it's I mean, I love Atlanta, so I'm not gonna I love Atlanta. Also, I've never lived in Houston, and I've only visited Houston for like business reasons.

I never really like when.
