Then I've been thinking for like a year since last August, and I know the meat it's just stealing my body because when I fast, I going fast, like I won't eat for three days and eat on the fourth day. But like when I be fast and my cravings be so crazy, like I'm like, I started thinking about McDonald's the worst ship thinking about it, like, and they come from all them years. I used to eat it, like you still you know I didn't two week fast ones. I did

eat no food for two weeks, right, remember that. Yeah, I was coming in here and that was one of the hardest things, which was butter and coconut water. That's it, right, And then we had these supplements we had to take. And when I tell you everything I could smell food like to the next level. I told you, people was turning into like a slice of pizza in front of me, like if I was looking at you, I f I

was so hungry. And it's really hard because people are very social, like when it comes to being social, food plays a large part in that. And come on, let's go get something in Like I really, you know, I don't want to sit there while eating, but that really sucks. But I had to do it because I had to have meetings and they'll be in arrested. I had to go to a gala and everybody was eating and I was striving, but it was a good time. I was at work everybody eating breakfast, you know. So coming off

of that, you did what rall veggies into. I did vegan for a couple of weeks after that. Like what I try to do is I'll go for a few days being vegan, and then the one thing I still eat is chicken, and it's hard for me to give it up, so I try to eat it like when I do only once or twice a week, and then yeah, and then I think, for me, I can't. I love cheese. I love cheese too, I'm not gonna lie. I know

it's so bad. I'll tell you one thing though, I stopped drinking milk and I'll stop eating yogurt but cheese. But about almond milk, yeah, I'll do oat milk. Now, you have a freestyle another baby on the way, So

you do you want to you want a little boy? Now, that's what I really wanted at first, But I knew I want ready for it because if I wouldn't, if I would have had a boy, I wouldn't ever changed like I would have wanted him to be my many me, Like for real, I would have really been still smoking weed, gutting heavy, all this stuff because I would have wanted him to be hard, just like his daddy. But when I when I felt that I had a daughter, I said, whoa ship? So I got to change a lot of ship.

And that's what really got me on the path that I was on my daughter. Because I realized I had to change a lot of ship. I stopped smoking, I stopped hanging around certain people try to, you know, promote a better image, do stuff better. So this time around, I feel like since God gave me what I needed at first, he give me my want a boy, but if I get a girl, I feel like I just

still got some more stuff to fix. So let me ask you that you did a letter to my daughter, and you know we had a chance to put that on the breakfast game. I called him like many I gotta do this from me, So her heart was that because I know there was a period of time where you weren't able to see your daughter. It's deal like that. And we're going through like court stuff to where now I do FaceTime calls and I feel like it's a step and it's very beneficial because at the same time

then I'm talking to my daughter. I can ask my baby mothers or stuff and like you know what I'm saying. It's not the best of relationship, but it's like it's a s thought and take a stuff, slow me and patient. I feel like God to give you everything when you you need a divine time. And so I'm not own never really tripped. I voiced my pain whenever I think about it, like, yeah, I write it down, write my music. What's my pain? But it's never like I'm dueling on

nothing because I know like everything is about timing. So I'm never like damn man, I can't see my daughter and my feelings about it. You know, mostly I do. So I'm saying that come in life. But like just embracing the ship and changing it to turning into a positive that is what really,

and sometimes schools aren't. Teachers aren't really good at making kids want to Personally, I think the school system sucks. I think the curriculum needs to be updated, and I think that there's so many more things that should be taught, like like credit and and you know, dealing with money and banks, that type of stuff. The things you could use it realfe exactly, like what are we doing with geometry and algebra? God? Just and even in history, like

they don't teach us like the real facts. They teach us what they want us to know. Because imagine if you could learn how to do like like you said, credit, that's something that you could really see, like the effect. When when has the United States school system the last time it's been up there by the eight three? I just checked it. good credit or not good credit. Okay, you should know your credit score, so I don't People would say if you have cash, you don't need you don't need credit. I feel like everything functions better
