So but I guess I got through that phase now, Like now I got to a point where you just gotta just be like these people just don't know. It's also the line of being honest in your music about what's going on in your life,
because people appreciate that honesty. But sometimes that's hard to like. And my dad relationship still walking, like we were still trying to get back to get to daddy and a daughter, real solid relationship, and it takes some time, you know, you gotta like it's kind of like meeting someone all over again for real, for real, you know. And then with my brother, he just got out of jail and he all mad over there and ship. So I don't know. I haven't spoken to him neither, But I hope that they heard the

I wish people would really look at the bigger picture when it comes to music these days, like for real, for real, because a lot of things that people say in these songs is to just show them on not to just show them. But I feel like I could be the type of girl to be so ignorant, so good, or I could be cursy, while I could be saying all kinds of negative things, right, but why not just put
it in my music? But it's about my exes? Why it was about my dad, whether it's about like I'm not gonna go online and battle with the shape like the shade room post and my dad doing this weird dance right and he's doing this dance in this video or whatever. It's all viral on TikTok. It's all going crazy. A lot of people know about Benzino being my dad,
A lot of people don't. So I'm just sitting there like, all right, at the end of the day, these people don't know my dad's relationship, me and my dad relationship, I'm gonna just act like I don't see it. It is what it is keep moving, you know, But that time, was it something that you preferred that people didn't know, because I do feel like your name circulated as soon as you know, music started coming out, and I never knew that you as ben Zino's daughter until later on.
So was that something he was trying to keep hidden or I wasn't trying to hide it. I just didn't want to like market myself off that because I don't. And I was like I had to think about it because I was like, man, that's Benzino's daughter, and he did. I didn't even never say nothing, but he was going in on me for whatever reason. I felt away about it.
But then I was like, I don't want that to hinder you from being able to be successful in this business because you ain't do nothing to nobody right, right, And I appreciate that. And let me tell you something, You're not the only person that felt like that. Like I know my dad a lot of traits I learned from him and that I don't wanna do just because of how he handled situations, how he'll be talking to
people and how he just be wiling. But at the same time, you know, you just I'm I'm trying to bring me That's the whole point of everything and what's going on now because now that I am the one with the shoes, like I feel like I'm wearing the shoes now with my family, Like I'm the one to put us back where the sources, Like I have the ability to do that, not saying my dad can't, but I am, and it's gonna be able to make him like he's gonna look and learn through me and become
a new person. And that's like the goal, Like I want to build a father and daughter daughter relationships so he can realize like because he got a temper, Like my dad got a temper, So a lot of the stuff that he probably did say about you was based on his temper because he does it, so I watched him do it to a lot of people. But he's still a good person and I know he comes from
a good place at heart. But it's just everything happens for a reason, and that's why I'm where I am now and people are you know what I'm saying, And hopefully, you know, we can use all the things that we're going through is learning stepping stones and it's just gonna make people, you know, bigger and brighter at the end of the day. Who knows, he's still young and he got it. He can he can come out with another source magazine or better on a on a Instagram tip
because it's you know what I'm saying. I don't know, he can get back on his feet, but it's gonna take this for him to realize that. It's gonna take interviews like this that he needs to watch and people like you Angela for him to realize, like, you know what,
