Sometimes people be catching that they don't. Sometimes you don't

catch it at all. I do that sometimes, too. Okay, all right, so let's go over some hot topics right now with you, things that are happening, you know, on the blogs. Okay, Mac Miller and Ariana Grande, Right, they broke up, and um, mac Miller got into a pretty bad car accident and he ran off, you know, by foot to his house and they caught him because they ran the place whatever whatever, But seeing the car were offset because what there was what two of his friends.

But Ariana Grander already has moved on, is dating somebody else. So obviously you've had some bad breakups yourself. So what are some good tips you can give for getting over a breakup? Smoke a lot of weed, leave that alcohol alone. I mean, relationships are crazy, man. And I saw that mac Miller article this morning. I saw she was dating

no Boy from Saturday Night Live or something. Yeah, so it's breakups are tough, man, And it's tough when your celebrity because you have no privacy and they're gonna dig even more, you know, knowing that both both sides, I

mean they're really both celebrities. So um, you know, hope he just wants a piece, Like I said, man, to stay off that alcohol during supposed to week and don't drive, definitely don't drive, right, yeah, you know, but you're right, it is allowed herder when it's public, because then he got to see on the blog she's got a new man and everybody knows that they broke up, and so he probably like, I'm gonna just go have some drinks

at my boys. It's a tough week, and it's crazy because you know, when the ship like that happens, everyone wants to tag you in and like you don't know what's going on? Yeah, yeah, I mean so they want to make sure you know. So yeah, I mean they couldn't maybe have nothing to do with each other, but

you know, it's unfortunate. I'm glad it's okay. Though. Now we've seen our Kelly allegedly gave someone her pies and this guy, right, So what do you think the punishment should be if you know you have herpes and you give it to someone, and if they're a child that he's given it to, Like if you have if you know that you're passing on the HIV virus or eats, then you that's like attempted murder. What's chlamydia than just like a pass approbation? No, but seriously, like, do you

think somebody should go to jail for giving you her? Bees? Are? Fine? Like what can you do? I mean, that's a tough situation to be in, you know what I mean. And and he's got a whole little what it seems like a little colt going on over there. So, like I said, I just read up on that earlier today too, So it's just like I heard, he's colt. It's crazy over there. Man. Uh, you don't know what's true what's not true. Um, but for some reason he keeps sliding around and around it.

So yeah, for a little while now he he just even put out you said that video they put up, but he's like, look, my music has already infect injected everybody. He said, it's too late. Y'all should have did this decades ago. I posted on my Snapchat was nobody watches anyway, so I put anything my Snapchat. We used to be like three hunted, four hunting, like nobody watching that, like people got off snap I love. Yeah, it used to

be like twelve hundred. But then once install started with the story that Snapchat said that ship about Rihanna, that was it. But I snapped, Um, I was listening. I was at the house the other day and we have the you know that you got it, yeah, right, so you know, if it's not your phone control of the music. Then you can't control was playing and R Kelly came on and I was just like, whose house for you? At that they was listening to? R Kelly was the

only point man this guy still listen to. I still like his music though, because I'm a nineties like R and B head, so I still like his music. I really funk with his music. So it's just unfortunate to see all this other stuff transpired. But I don't know Kelly music anymore. Like I played it in a while. It was hard for me not to like swing along and like I had snapped the bottle, Like how can I mwork Kelly? Like listen to this whectically? Girls a last?

But let me ask you this, look here and think of the music differently now that you have heard all these stories, is it like I mean, I think it's kind of how people are looking at Kanye right now. Are you still working with this music or not? And I'm still like, actually, once all this ship hit and not even to jump to Kanye, but I started listening to the college dropping just thinking like how is this

turned into this? You know what I mean? So I try to I try to separate the artists the artists from them, you know what I mean, the person from the music. You know what I mean when it is something that might be a crime. Yeah, it mean to go back to the color, to the Kanye West thing. I agree with Snoop Flo said on The Breakfast Club even though it was like a lot of jokes, but it was some underlying the truth into that, like he

needs a strong black woman, he needs the influence. He is not there now, Like they say that come can cook, but he needs some real good souls they come in like he needs. I'm just staying like he needs that and flu that real good like black, strong woman, proud. You know, it seems like, you know, he lost mom and then you know him and Jay are kind of up in the air. So the too. I think the two people he leaned on the most. You know, we're not really there right now. So it's kind of like, okay,

what what are you? What are you leaning on now? Foundation is weak, but he has three beautiful kids. That's something to make sure you get right. Well, that's why I mean, I did a whole little post on it. I don't really ever talked about some stuff like that, but my whole thing from the father standpoint, you know, having three beautiful kids in an amazing family, and you know what you do always gonna reflect on your family.

So cam is gonna take the heat. The kids are going to eventually end up taking the heat, and you don't think about that in the present moment. So it's it's unfortunate from that standpoint, But you know, I want to see him to get it together just so he had he's around for his kids, hopefully just gonna meat this that he's going right now with all this music that he's working on in all these albums, that he's about to bring out his worn chess some new right and get his mind back to where we know it

could be. Because we do love Kanyeus. That's my favorite. His music is amazing. No matter how crazy he's ever been at any point, his music has always pretty been Yeah, but that to me that he's really trying to put that out as a single like that, and look how many people tweeted it and quoted it, and it's crazy yet but now after the novelty of it, So let's be honest. Back in the day, there used to be songs that came out that we're just beat or like past.

Are you trying to say, just saying that is the pie? Like I don't, I can't. It just used to be music, pick up the Pizza, the Holy School, But you give what I'm saying, Like at the time, what happened to the day, it would be a bolt before the person starts singing, like it would be a whole intro of I'm gonna tell you what happened, like like a good Shaka Kan song, I'm gonna tell you what happened. Rapping started taking the fucking beat, looping that ship and ruining it.

So now you gotta do the clip. You know that doesn't even look talk When they used talking to being the song, Yeah, don't talk, just listen. I have to be honest with you. Lies. Yeah, that used to be cool. Now it's cool or even I was listening to the Motown station the other day and they was playing um, I think it was hell I'm Moving in the Blue notes and something I Miss You and he talks for like fifteen minutes, but he's always started like hey girls, yeah,

he was like walking. I think it's just a different time that you said. Jim Jim Orange did about to say he got a song like that, But you said it's different. I think it's a different time now, and I think back, you know, when we were a little bit younger, it was all about courting them and being in love and the family thing. And now it's about popping pills and sucking on the first nine. It's just

a whole different climate. So the music is different now, you know what I mean, Like, no one is really singing the court, no one, no more. You're singing to try to work on the first night. That's what all these songs are about, are rapping about. So it's just a different time in music. And that's why I love the nineties from rap to R and B because the rap was definitely saying something and then R and B they were singing, like really singing to you. You know

what I mean today? To me today is just it's just a little different man. So what about for you now? Relationships, being that you've gone through everything doesn't make you a little wary about dating, it does? It does from a standpoint of just you just never know. Now. Um, you know, me and my ex know each other for a long time and it just didn't work out, you know, I mean,

sometimes you ruin out of love. And you know, I think from the standpoint of me just leaving says a lot because the time it's the woman leaving the man in and I just wasn't happy, you know what I mean. So you know, I just fell after I got over the Factor film, like I left my kids behind. I was just like, you know, now I'm happy, and it took a long time for me to get happy. But um, you just kind of approach everything now with caution because you know, I lost a lot of money in that

and a lot of bullshit being said about it. So it's it's tough because you know, private matters are always

you know, handled in a public life. Um, in my life. Yeah, and then you feel like you have to address it publicly because I said the most recent thing, she says, you don't want to no wedding gift from you at all, and you know, like I want to come to your wedding, like I think you forgot that I left you, like I'm not tripping off the wedding like my whole thing and the reason why I squashed it with there because because my kids really like them, you know what I mean.

And to me, it's all about my kids being happy. So you know, if you want to be in my good luck, bro, already know what that's like. But from a standpoint, I wanted to come to a wedding or come on, man, what are you talking about right now? That must have been hard too for the kids because they probably know, like what's going on and they see everything. But then they do like them. But but I'm very up front with boys, you know what I mean from the beginning, you know, And I told her wife thought

him and I really broke it down to him. You know, him and Daddy were friends. Mommy and Daddy were married. You don't do that, said, you don't do that to your brother. You wouldn't do that to your cousin. You wouldn't do that to your friend, you know, without dogging either of them would just explain, like the situation rest right. But sometimes things happened, you know what I mean. That happening all the time, but brothers, like in movies, you are seen the five heart beats, Yeah, oh you didn't.

That also happened with the Jackson's in real life. Now that's real life. They had kids by the same woman. See, those are the things that really happened. When you're close to somebody and people always end up getting with it happened. It soful movies. Now we had a conversation since we talked about music and we're talking about this. In your car when you were driving to go fight, what were you listening to? We had more like mp Ann would

be like, if you book it was Tupac the crazy part. Well, So I was playing at Memphis at the time, so I went back to my condo in LA because I had training camp of Santa Barbara. So Kanne wrapped that. I went ninety Mileston and I came from Santa Barbara, but I was already in l A. I just came from Santa Barbara earlier in that day, but both my cars were in Memphis. So when my son calls me, like, yo, Dad,

your friend Derek is over here. And then I called my other son, he says, mommy's friend Derek's over here, I'm like this, he was tripping. So I called my homeboy and like he I knew he had the Bentley downstairs, but I couldn't find the keys. I rummaged for the keys, to me thirty minutes to find the keys, and I go down and the Bentley's on the flat. And this is before I had uber or anything, and so I'm

like this, I'm like, I'm making this car work. So I drove a Bentley like three blocks to the gas station, pumped the tire up with Tupac blasts in the whole time, and then drove over there. So he really didn't stand the shoot, I know one getting right over there. So yeah, I mean I was. I was. I was determined to get some air in that tire, and you did and I did that. We were like, what do you listen

to when you're about to go? I mean, you could listen to top tupop for anything, you know what I mean, you trying to go to your girl, You're trying to fight somebody trying you could be funny. Go ahead, I want to laugh. That's where he was going, and that's how he felt. He didn't act like it, so yeah, yeah, to keep that right right, So that's funny. Have you ever stayed in a relationship that you didn't really want to be in but just stayed because I think a

lot of people do that. I think it just I mean, this is no disrespect to my ex. I just think I ran out of love at the end, and I stayed longer than I should have because of the kids. Like my kids in my life, I had had a fund up childhood, you know what I mean. Parents were on drugs, tripping abuse and everything. So I you know, I promised myself if I was ever fortunate enough to have kids, I was gonna be the best dad ever.

And I felt like, that's why it's so hard for me to leave her, because I felt like I was giving up on my kids. But at the end of the day, I was just like, yo, my kids were feeling my energy. And one of my sons was three or four years old, like, daddy, what's wrong? I was watching TV. I guess I had to fund up look at my face like they feel your energy. And once they started realizing my energy was AWFU was just like, man, I really am not happy, but I don't want to

leave my kids hanging. So it was that was that was the hardest part of me getting over the adjustment of feeling like I really left my kids, but I didn't. I just found a happy place. Are you dating now? I am dating? Um, you know, I definitely date back out at me and it's been almost four years. I mean, people still talk about Hell yeah, party a girl, thank you Gods, better than a girl walking there. We would

talk about it like this ship just happened. But it's been you know, it's going on four years in June, so I'm definitely moved on. I mean, I'm not looking to get married in time soon, and I would get married. I wouldn't let that one situation ruined my my future. But you know, I'm just not there yet, but I look forward to it one day on jank bank accounts for the next wife. I didn't even have it that it's a lot. We didn't have joint bake accounts for

this wife. So don't yeh, don't be fooled by everything you read like our ship was separate. So what happened was I can't talk about it, but yeah, we didn't have drunk Yeah yeah, she's saying that, um it was

a Ford signature, right. I just wondered just period, like because now that you're in a situation like that, like what if you um got into a relationship with a woman that had her own stuff going on and she's like, you know, I think we should do everything together, Like you don't want to that you've been through I just let's just keep it separates even to me, and I mean, you know, even to me going in the situation where I'm above my pay grade, like I still like as

a man, I wouldn't want if it didn't work out, I wouldn't want nobody's Actually, you know, I wouldn't want no woman's money definitely if I didn't earn it. So to me, it's I want to just let's keep it, Let's keep it real. That's it. So no joint bank account, Shane, Okay, what about the pay deals? Like you, I'm gonna I'm gonna pay all that. I'm gonna take care of everything. I mean, yeah, yeah, and then you know, I'm always if I have a girl, to make sure she's straight,

whatever she needs. But like there's no need to cross bank accounts. Okay, Now, let me ask you a question. Let's say you took your girl, you went shopping right to buy yourself some things, spent a lot of money. Do you feel like if I'm buying things, I gotta buy her things also, probably not as many things, but because because yeah, because girls are always buying ship. So I mean, I mean, if I'm gonna go out and get myself something. I might see something I think fit you,

I'm gonna get it for you too. But if she's with you, you got to be like come shopping me. Now. What if she got a couple of her friends with her, Okay, figure out, I was just trying to stretch it out, even a shirt. Yeah, I heard rappers do that. I don't do that. Get a pair of What about if you all go out to eat your Yeah, yeah, I

mean food is nothing. I'm not gonna buy like her friends. No, you know, gifts and let's not like I'm I'm cool with them when my girl's cool and understand like hey, birthday, let me get you something type thing. But I'm not just gonna go out in What if you're saying somebody and one of her friends tried to higl at you, would you tell her? Yeah, I can't do that, you know what I mean. Like I said, I think there's just too many people out there, you know what I mean.

And I've been in situations like that before where I had to pull the check to the side, like like what do you you know, what are you trying to do? Like this is not so I think just the real Like if you play games back and forth. You're giving them an idea that there's a chance, you know what I mean. So to me, there's just there's too many women out here. I don't care how bad your home goodish girl is to wanting, you know, mess with her.

And what did she the girl tried to get with you before you met your current day what if she had really so she tried to get at me before. I mean probably my girl at the time would know about it, you know what I mean, she didn't. I mean, it's just mean I gotta be you know like that. Yeah, you know, you don't want to come off with sir. I mean, like I said, the past doesn't matter if she if I'm with you know, if I'm with you and she tries to get at me while we're together,

it's a problem. If before we you work together, it's not a problems. That's what everybody they're not that cool. But yeah, they just playing the team. Yeah. So yeah, because Gloria was literally making faces at us, you know, because we have discussions before we sit down, and I was saying that I think if somebody tried to talk to me and they um dating somebody state friend, I would tell them, like even if it's not some funny like you know your homeboy do just because you want

to kind of. I mean, you don't want your circle like that anyway, you know, I mean you don't want them kind of people that are scheming on your girl are scheming on your man around before before it's different even just to be honest, like, you know, it's nothing, So what am I hiding it for? Not what if he tells them? Now you're sitting there looking stupid like while you didn't tell me. But like you said, it's nothing. It's not like you had. It's not like it won't

be a problem. But that's why I sense it's nothing. You can say it, you know what I mean, and stay ahead of the problem I feel you feeling on that. Now, let's talk about revenge porn for a second, because I know we all saw this whole tel in the ree situation. To me, man, you're putting I've never done no video just because you just never can really can you really

trust people? So when all these girls get hurt in their feelings about them getting called giving head or having sex, like you knew this was a possibility when you film this, So don't come out and cry wolf now and cry this and cry that when you knew you're down here giving him head and he's feeling your face like, you know, there's a chance most like you. But I'm saying there's a chance, there's a there's a you know, there's a chance. Probably off top you're gonna show his homeboys, you know

what I mean? And then in same with the home girls. If it's another way round, if the guy's giving the girl some heads, she probably you know something. So you're already putting yourself in that situation. But it bothers me. Yeah, when they want to come out and claim this and claiming that, when you put yourself in that situation to begin with. But she probably she you know, thought that was her man, she wasn't love You can't blame her.

I don't blame her for him releasing it. I blame her for putting yourself And I said, what you knew it was a possibility from the jump, let's and learn. So you've never found yourself. Damn. I feel like now I put that on my kids. I gotta I got it, I got it. I got an amazing memory. But yeah, but like it's just it's in my situation. It's just I'm already the bad guy off top, so the last thing they need to see is my dick hanging out

and you know what I mean. So and you gotta think about I got I got kids too, you know what I mean, nine year old boys who are with it and understand life. So it's just not for myself in that situation. He's gonna be the bad guy with the dick. Yeah yeah, I have the moms at the school rubbing up on me when they see me extra long on the hugs. And I don't do that now already. So you never sent the dick pick or anything. I know you did that fast. I've sent one dick picked

really yeah. So we're talking to studios right now, big studios in Hollywood about doing it, but uh scripts done. We got some of the cast already and uh now we're just you know, we're kind of in a in a little bit of a bitty war between studios, and we're gonna it's gonna be dope more. I feel like this makes it hard for us to ask and they ask the questions. That's just a part of that I'm thinking about. It's just a part of me. I'm well

And after they saw that, I executive produce that. After they saw that, they're just like, oh, because everyone kind of didn't know he trips, he's crazy, he must smoke weed.

They didn't really know. So after they knew, they're like, damn, So now I got companies offering me millions of dollars in stock in their company to sit on their boards to smoke weed. So I was like, I was. What I was saying was it's crazy, So where do I sign up? That's why I like it. It's crazy, and that's why I say, as I knew if I was like, if I could, if I knew I could make it like some real money smoking weed, I would have retired

from the NBA long time ago. Right now, Man, all these motherfucking fines that all the money they take for they took from me and all that kind of like if one time when I said we weren't they say, yeah, I remember going to a party way back in the day. Kevin Durant was there and Matt Burns just walking around smoking weed like it was nothing. Said, let me tell you we met in Atlanta at a party smoking weed. I didn't want to mention it because it's just like

you probably remember it was it the rat Lifts. Oh yeah, that was when I was with my ex. That was a long time ago. Yeah, I lived in a land alone and we were we were around and we were high as night. Yeah. Yeah, we was in a little section we was out there for a while, you know. It was crazy. Was I was so high that night and tired that I was laying down. But young Jeez came that night and I heard his voice, but I was too tired to get up, and I'm like, huge, Jeez fan, I was man, I was mad. I was

mad at yeah, I was mad at myself. It was don't like you to this day. I just I was late, Like he couldn't even he couldn't even see that. I was like in another room like this, but I heard Jeez's voice. I'm like, damn, that's cheesy. I gotta get up. My body just wouldn't move. See the way you just said fuck it while you was playing and still was smoking weedily? So how much are these fines and how often are you getting them? Um? I got caught twice, so that was like the third time would have been

like a five game suspension. So that's one fit that are you know, fifth out of eighty two games, hundreds

of thousands. But it was just like to me, like I started smoking at a young age, Like I said, my pops was a drug dealer, so I used to you know, still away from him, and I started smoking at fourteen, and even then it kind of just allowed me to relax, allowed me to sleep, but allow me to keep things perspective because my life was crazy as a youngster and then growing up once we you know, obviously playing professional basketball, and then we took a dive

from that reality TV bullshit. So like now my life is a complete open book. So when I got it, like when I got a game, Like so when I'm going through my crazy public divorce with my ex wife, I'm still playing in a game going through the playoffs, so like I gotta be able to focus, like there's no excuses, you know what I mean, Like when my mom dies, I played the next day, Like there's no excuses. Like we get paid a lot of money, so I mean, just to keep ship in perspective. Like to me, it

was always smoking, Like I knew some guy's drink. I knew some guy's pop pills, some some people you know, did other drugs. But for me, like weed always got me where I needed to be, so straight up. Yeah, So like I like, I really feel like I'm a functional smoker, Like I could wake I wake up every day and smoke. I saw before I played basketball, I smoke fo I take meetings. I smoked before I have to do, you know, run around my kids for the weekend,

like lethargic. Like how you said you couldn't get up when you but that was that? That was like it was. It was a long day. It was a rough day already. Yeah, that was a lot of what couldn't he get up saying? I mean, I mean, if you would have came and tried, me might have got up, but I like, my body wasn't going. He wasn't there. Look, that was fine. Everything was fine. Man. You never couldn't get an erection though, for real, from smoking, because I know that happened, like

that happens when you do those other jobs. Yeah, yeah, like I said, that's the one. My weed has always been my thing. So I've never had a problem with that. You never had a bad trip. Never. But the first time I smoked it just because I smoked some bullshit, but I was like fourteen, I just got like a

major headache, you know what I mean. I started like being smoking more weed, and like really I was smoking fucking it was wet, still had seeds in and you know that's what I started with, you know what I mean. And they just started graduating into better ship. All right, now are you excited about Fashion Nova from in Nigga Nova Nigga Nova. That's good. I think it's a genius move. What did they made? Fashion Ova made six hundred fifty million last year off end of that sales something like that.

They just closed that went back to my old neighborhood and specifically to go to the American Appa, American sweatshirts. That's good and it's so good you can wash it

and don't turn beat. I feel like ever since they ain't been around like they used to that all these kinda yeah every like cheaper like the f average, Why one of the stuff like that are doing the man? I was going to shut down their stool. Yeah. Now, could you be with somebody who doesn't smoke? Yeah, I would prefer you too smoke. But I've been with you, I've been with girls.
