that and why didn't he just text him? And you did text them? I did text him, but I did text him. After the act, I tweeted about that stuff first, and then I texted him this morning because I felt like I should talk to them directly. And he responded, and everybody saw what our conversation, and you said, um, hey, it's jail. Is that what you're going by? People? Are you? Just? Yeah? A lot of people know me is jail. A lot of my staff like when they're just talking about me

like jail. He said. You said, I hope you'll reconsider aligning yourself with Trump. You're way too powerful and influential to endorse who he is and what he stands for. I agree when you say that what you say really means something to your fans. They're loyal to you and respect your opinion. So many people who love you feel so betrayed right now because they know the harm that Trump's policies cost, especially the people of color. Right, Um, don't let this be part of your legacy. You're the

like words words you. I mean, he's talking about free thought and free thinking a lot, and um, that's fine for him to think whatever he wants to think. But every time he makes an utterance and he publishes it, um, it has impact. And politicians, when they do things, it has impact. And when you align yourself with them, that doesn't mean you're endorsing every single thing they stand for,

but you're endorsing their agenda essentially. And um, if Trump's agenda is bringing so much pain to so many people, then I don't think we should be endorsing it. Maybe he's kind of a little bit removed from the average person. Yeah, that's what I said yesterday in my tweets. I was like, sometimes we have the luxury to be insulated from that, from the consequences of what politicians do. And we're very blessed.

And I'm blessed partly because Kanye decided to work with me in the beginning of my career and helped launch it. And I've been very successful. He's been extremely successful. And um, when politicians do bad things that affect a lot of ordinary people, they don't affect us, well, they don't. They don't affect us in the same way. We don't feel that pain, and so we we have more luxury to just kind of align ourselves or whoever. But other people they feel the consequences of that, and um, it's not

a game, you know. And I see people getting deported, in families, getting torn apart and all and him saying things like hades and ship holes. You know, I think that's just so harmful to everybody. It's harmful to so many people, and it's and it's very explicit in his mind. Uh, Donald Trump's mind. He has a white supremacist agenda. And

so his agenda is too. When white people felt like their status might be eroding a little bit because we had our first black president and there was some progress and some diversity and in culture and and everything, there was a backlash. And he is the voice of the backlas America Yes, and and America great Again has always

meant to Trump make America white again. Yeah, And he's affected affected that through immigration policy, through um, having Jeff Yeah, his rhetoric, having Jeff Sessions, UM, reignite the war on drugs and all these other things. He's making it clear and also making it harder for people of color to the vote, all these other things. He's making it clear that he truly wants to make America white again and

to marginalize people of color as much as possible. And so when you say you love that individual that is is perpetuating these policies, that's the consequences that you're you're advocating for. Is is what that person is saying they want to do and what they're doing. And we can't just be like, I'm I think freely. I don't have to be a Democrat just and I'm black. Okay, you don't. You don't have to be you don't. And you have

to know that your vote has consequences for people. It's not just it's not just you know, it's not just some fun thing you can say, well, I'm on this team or that team is not just a marketing thing. It's actual real life consequence for people. See. But I do think he's using as a marketing tool because obviously we know he has a project coming out. So I do feel like he does stuff like this when he

has projects coming out. And she loves Kanye. But the thing, this is my biggest issue up on the income upright, motherfucker, John, screw you and your wife. Is this a drill or is this not a drill? Something on fire? I think we're okay, I don't smell smoke. The fact that we just kept I'm like, this would be a bad way to go on videotape. But here's my here's my issue with Kanye a couple of things. First and foremost, I

agree with you. I think the fact that whenever he has an album or whenever he needs attention, he does stupid stuff. Now, for me, in terms of contradiction, we all remember when he stood on stage and said, George Bush don't like black. So clearly you understand when you see divisive rhetoric. So knowing that Donald Trump spews that constantly, you can look at his history, you can look at the things that he does. How then can you now say this is my brother and I love him. That

makes no sense to me. But knowing him, he's gonna flip it like I love everybody ever he did say that, But this is what I've read it like that, Like, that's not what I meant. I think he's always also sold himself as authentic to everybody, And like that, when he said things that you might have disagreed with, you always believed he was saying it because he really felt

it right. And if this is a gimmick, which based on his text, I don't know if it is a gimmicky, like he seems like like he just feels this way right now. But if it is a gimmick, it's not good for him because like part of what he's always said to us, he was being real, like even if you didn't like what even if you know he disrupted the proceedings with Taylor and Beyonce, like it's something he was,

something he strongly believed. And if he really believes this, and I just hope he'll think about it the more and reconsider, but if he doesn't believe it, then it's not a good look, all right. So we just had to get that out the way because this is all just happen to And by the way, I know Christie wants to tweet something right now. She just did I need my phone. I was like, he has the best sweets, He's really the best. Thing we want to think is

One question I wanted to talk about was Karen on The Real Houses of Potomac says that her and her husband have separate financial everything, like they have comporate accounts. They don't know what's going on with each other's finances. Could be aligned, could be true, but I

wanted to know your take on that. If Christy was like, leg, we need separate accounts. No, we never said that. I mean, we do most of our decisions and everything jointly, um, but there's certain things that are separate. We have the same business manager, but we have our own businesses because she makes a lot of money doing what she does and I make a lot doing what I do, and a lot of the money comes in through our businesses, and then once it comes to our household, it's household money. Okay,

that's that's see, that's a good set up. But now if you've got a broke significant other, like you know what I mean, you know, so you might got more money than them, they might got more money than you. Yeah, I think a lot of people get divorced over money, So you have you have to kind of you have to kind of communicate well upfront about what I think you should have a household account and then I think you should kind of have your own individual like account.

I want to buy and she she buys what she wants. She makes plenty of money. She buys what she wants, and if I want to buy a gift, I buy her gifts. Spends on shopping. She spends more. I mean it's not fair because women have women have to spend more on shopping. What do you spending more? I mean I spend money on all kinds of things, but home stuff, you know, whatever. But you know, women's clothes just costs

more and you'll have to buy Morris. It's not Me and Jasmine had a whole debate about dating a man who makes less than you. She said she wouldn't do it. We disagreed. I said I would, Yeah, Well, it depends on what less means. It's like if he's working hard and he's doing well and what he does, but you happen to be doing better, Like I don't feel like that's that's a bad thing. Um, but you just want him to be able to you just want him to

be able to contribute to the relationship. And also, I think psychologically it's tougher men when it's a huge imbalance, and then that infects a lot of other things. That's right, because let me tell you from the first At the first chance that he can't pay a bill, the very first argument you have a check is gonna say what's yours? So you're saying that a guy has to make at least the same amount as you, or at least the same amount or more would be nice that I'm really

into money, but I am. But I think which money is? You know, here's the here's the real deal. I believe that men I don't think they can mentally handle making less. I think it will make them feel less of a man if they know you bring in the check, you know, the biggest check dinner. You know, the check comes at the end of the meal. You always have to sign in front of him and his boys. You know what. I think it just caused this problems that happened to

you before. Yes, I want to hear about I can see that you like in front of him, Christ Tommy, and no matter how gentle you try to be about it. Their egos are always bruised because they know they don't make as much as you, and then they don't want to hear about I'm like, yo, I can't help that. I And the other thing is I believe people should be equally yoked. I think if you have a lot to lose, I think then you should be with someone else who el like yoke me, How yoke yoke we

yoked together. I think if the person, if I make more than the person, I don't want to join account with them money we can join. That sounds one pretty fair to me, you know, because like some people are just wicked, like some people really do be in it for like money, Like and I know a lot of females that have been in relationships with guys for money. So I feel like guys can be in relationships with

girls of females, women, whatever for money as well. I would never want nobody to like try to get over on me, like funk, I'm broke. Let me get with this to somebody being in love. But if y'all know each other love and doing really well, let me time.

I think, well, listen, I think at the beginning of a relationship is one thing to be wary and be guarded, but after you get to a certain point where you really trust that person and you all really are a team, and you all need to act like a team to me, and you can't be always looking over your shoulder wondering

if they're just in it for the money. Like if you've gotten to that point ten years in or whatever, and Christian, I've been together since two thousand six or two thousand seven, and um, if you're at that point in your relationship and you're still worrying about trusting them with money, then there's bigger problems in your relationship. It's like a fundamental trust issue. But then my my thing changes when it comes to like if I've gotten with a guy, he makes good money and then he loses his job, I'm not gonna leave him over that, especially we've been together for a long time. Then we're operating as a team. But you're not gonna come in with nothing. And I got I made it really just because it's a lot of hours in a you can't make a couple of dollars. But if he's only nineteen nothing,

Well, at this point in my life, everybody knows why I am, like I have it's on my calendar. My whole team knows where I am. TMZ knows where I am if if I'll show up anywhere, Like I have literally nothing

too high, nothing I can hide. So it's different for me, but for relationships in general, Like, what would you say is you can get in that car in the middle of the night with the tints on and and go somewhere. We can not say that, you know what I'm saying, Like you, if you really wanted to get somewhere, you can, yes, But if you're if you're in an early stage, I feel like anybody should be stalking your your whereabouts at

any time. And then once you're like five or ten years in listen, it's hard for you to argue with it because it's like what It's like, what can you say? Because she's like, I just need to know where you are at all times, and you're like, well I don't want you, right, but yeah, that's automatically suspicious. Yeah, so I feel like it's hard to say no. At that point, you got to leave your phone and have another phone, the phone at home. The best way out of this

situation is not to be lying all the time. Nothing like it truly is honestly, it's like just better for your sanity, Like you don't like lying all the time. It is not easy, it's stressful, it's stressful, there's moys and there's so many more ways to get caught now, so it's like there's no point. Don't do it. I feel like back in the day with something you don't

want to beat. If you don't want to be with somebody, if you want if you don't want to be faithful, just don't be in that long term relations ship at this point, because there's so many ways to get caught, Like just don't do it. Don't go to yourself, don't do it to somebody else. I'm sure before Christie, you've gotten quite cheating, do you have any never? Never? But

you have cheated. You just never got caught before when you were young, when I was younger songs at that, and I don't want to believe that the slick is held though, like he'll get out of here. She made full chicken breasts, and I signed, I'm gonna that's one of christs pet peeves because she has a cookbook and everything, and some people just like I don't cook. So he's trying to be a snip, But the wife already knows about the text and that, but she don't know that they had actual an affair eleven years ago. It happened eleven years ago, happening I feel like the texts are enough incrimination right there. That's like she knows, she knows. Yeah, if my wife found dirty texts with me to somebody else, she would assume we were sucking. I think that. I think the husband is bitter and he just you know, misery loves company. He's like, I

But bottom line is, if she's seen the text, she knows something like there's

no new news like the eleven year old affair. And even so you don't even have to tell the texts are the most relevant fact to me, the fact that they're texting right now. Y'all married right now? He says here when he means here, there when it should be there, and never even bothers to use any kind of pet peeves to me. I wouldn't be able to do it with with somebody I was dating if they were that messy with grammar and spelling like no not. I was

the English major too, soide kind of. I just couldn't do it all the time. It would just be too much. I just want to correct everything. It's crazy because Christy is a really good text as people know from her tweeting. She's she's like clever and everything, and she's not always strict with grammar, but she's intentional with her grandmar, like as long as you know the rules. effect more than because she doesn't know the grammar. And she's very like clever and quick with the way she writes. And so that's part of how I fell in love with it. Was just our banter on text was really good. And if and if somebody was texting me like that and and their spelling was all over the place and that Grandma's all over the place, I'm like, no, I

couldn't do it. One of my sisters she texts like that, like every word is like wrong, like she means still with the A, but say you with E like and you know what I do, because like we're not we're not in good in a good place right now. We be arguing every time be text. So I would like corrected her typos and send it back. I'm having a great day and it's still alright. You know, everyone's in

a while. When people try to climb me on Twitter, like like Trump fans or whatever, and then they're like you're such at yet, but they always do your y o you are instead postrophe are.
