But like all the other guys I've dated is probably like light brown skin or darker. I've never dated a light skin guy. My husband's the lightest and he hood his house. You get have passed when you got like

getting soft. My ex was He's from Cameroon and was dark just like black. He s went his eyes when he takes pictures the exes when I'm so black that he was blue. It's called blue. Now, what's the difference. We were talking about this between dating and fucking, because some people mistake those two like they think if I'm having sex with you, i'm dating you. Oh we have sex, were dating? I mean, I'm just just me. I've always been in relationships like I've been. I was people like

people and I was married. Um when I was to my daughter's father. I was with him for ten years. He was like my first boyfriend. How old were you when you got married nineteen nineteen? Damn? Like I was with him since I was third fourteen thirteen or something like that, and um like it was one for ten years. So it was just like, you know, the right thing to do. I guess we just felt like we were in love or whatever. But um yeah, not that that. I had two relationships after that. Um So everybody that I had sex with I was in a relationship with. Right if I'm having sex with you, we did, we go together? We go together? I like, damn,

you love you? You? What made you get divorced with that? The last with my ex, Uh, it's a piece of relationship just wasn't healthy. I just thought it. You know, I didn't growup with the father, so I thought you know certain things were loved, but then when you get to a point where you get older, you like hold up, nig at this thing about right, this thing right? So yeah, it was to control and just you know, it was

just too much. But I don't even blame him because he was young, so he's just going off of what he feels. So I tell people like, even though it was abusing for me, but I still don't blame him because he was a childish health You guys are trying to figure it out. So you think if you're arguing all the time and he's controlling, that's because he loves me. I thought like even he with his hands on me, I thought that was love. Like I was like, oh that's you know, he like he loved me, Like, but what,

I don't know what the hell was? Then you'l had to be younger. You know, so many people go through that though, because you don't know. You just feel like when a man show you that type of love is like, oh he really cares because especially after when he's so sorry and he's yeah, both crying. But once I got over that girl was like I couldn't nigga, couldn't he barely raise his voice at me, like no control and like like I could I never could there anyone who would even tell me what to do or try to

talk down on me or anything. It actually affects you later on in life though. Now I feel you because I think my dad always used to yell at my mom all the time. So now if you raise your voice at me, um, it's like a bad red flag to That's what Walking used to tell. He's like, I'm not talking down on you. And it was for years I had so I realized like, Okay, yeah, maybe I'll be tripping because I just like he could say one

thing like man, baby, you'll cook them. Well, oh I don't cook no more, Like okay, you're talking down on me. He's like you really don't cook nor so you become like a little sensitive because you're so used to. Even when we would play sometimes like we would play and he would like jump to fest, I would like kind

of flinching. He's like walk, He's like baby, stop, He's like oh like he would catch himself like we'll be playing, but my reaction wild just be like He's like oh my god, baby, like don't don't do that, like make I feel like I'm about to do something. Yeah, He's like, what's wrong? Like why you It really hurt him to see me. I didn't think of it like that because it was just reaction. It's like, but I'm not there. I'm like, it's not. It ain't that seriously, like you know,

I just He's like, no, it is. You just don't know, Like that looks crazy? What was the final straw then that made you finally be like you know what? And why? What's your first marriage? What was I was just I was just done, like I didn't know who I was, like, I just looked at I just looked crazy. I just didn't feel I wasn't confident in myself. And I think I remember he he cheated or I found out he cheated or something, and that was just like this is

your way out right. I was like, oh, nigga, I'm gone. I had never coming home. So when I left and I'm from Baltimore, and when I started hanging out my friends and people like damn, like where are you from, shorty? And I'm like I'm Freere. They're like yeah, no, like I've never seen you. I'm like, I'm from here. But once I got out and I started dating this guy, and I was like, oh, nigga, I ain't coming back.

It doesn't mean that the next guy you dated to it you way better and was completely different, like they had like five or six months. It was just he was just had a lot of money, and I was he was just like just wanted me to do whatever I wanted to do, like enjoy yourself, like just you young, you just you know, live your life whatever. And I was like, cool, this is this is pretty cool. It's good right here. I just went the same person for a while, so it's probably good to get a taste

of something new, right. So yeah, I was I just thought that that was all. Guess all, I knew that that's all it is, like it's just that person. And then when you get out, like boy like then you look back like you're really a clown. But that's what I always say. When you're dating somebody and they treat you really fucked up, and then you finally break up, and then you look you always look back and you're like what you h But you can't see it while you're in it. And so it's so important when you

get that opportunity to leave. That's the hardest part is really just leaving and then taking it like day by day, every day it gets a little bit easier, but the hardest part is just making that commitment to be like,

all right, I'm done with this. And you know, I felt bad because when we separated, we are Everybody's like he was going to the real rough time and everybody's like dammy, And I felt bad and I was like to the point where I was willing to go back, but I was like, if you go back, you're gonna be You can even go back and be miserable and make him happy or leave be happy, and he eventually find happiness. And I was like I couldn't do it. I was just like, I just can't do it the more.

And being that you have a child together, how is he now? Because you still have to be in contact with him, It's clears ever we don't communicate the worst communication never, Like it's like such a grudge there, Like he hates me. He see you out here flourishing, right, he hates me, hateslowed up and he then glowed. Yeah. It's like guys, but for my daughter, you know what I'm saying, Like, I just like it's so frustrating, frustrating sometimes to have to Like he lives in Maryland, I

lives in Atlanta. I live in Atlanta, and um, I have full custody, but she goes on like once a month, and she go on summer. So it's it's hard to do that, Like you know what I'm saying, Like, the communication is nothing, So we communicate through an app. At least your daughter is old enough that she can communicate with you directly because it has to be heard. And when she's young, Yeah, when she's young, she didn't know better,

so you couldn't. She didn't know. Now she's getting older and she starts to see things and she kind of like she starts to see like the little pettiness and things that he might say to her due to her that she knows. It's because it's a reflection to me, you know what I'm saying. Like, so she's she's my baby's twelve now, so she's got a baby. She's not but she's like, you know, she's very mature. Yeah. What about him and Waka did they ever have a conversation.

He's Walker's reached out to him numerous of times. He's never spoke to Walking he's better about to say, woman, it's not a heavy man, it's just upset all right. Now, Normally, normally we start off with the tip of the day, but we didn't start still. We're gonna get to that right now, alright. So uh now, we get this question all the time from guys. We have this advice thing that we do, and people want to ask, how do you get your girl back after you cheated? What works

and what doesn't work? Because there's so many guys out there that mess up and don't know, like what can I do to get my girl back? And we get this question like NonStop. So let's talk about that for all of us. When somebody cheating you and we know you got cheated on, and but you start damn anybody in this room, but we all but we all have been you know, honestly, yours was just very public obviously.

But what does work? Because there's a lot of guys who mess up, right and they're girl is like, I'm not working with you anymore, But what works and what doesn't work when it comes to get your girl back? For me personally, I would say I don't think it's what they do. It's really I mean it can be what they do, but it's really a woman knows, like really if she's just completely done. Like I'm a leo, I'm loyal to by default, but when I'm completely done,

I'm like done. Um. Which when I when we separated, I was just like I was like by like, just don't come back, don't come my house like this, leave me alone. Like he was not go away. He was coming to that. Yeah, he would not go away. And then not even let him. I said, Okay, this is what I'm gonna do to get him go away. I'm gonna let him come in here, and I'm gonna let him mess herself up. So I just kept my wall up. I was just like what the first thing he did

and then getting the funk out he wouldn't. I mean, it was so consistent. I thought it was a yeah, like I thought it was an act. I was so mean to the point that everybody was like, yo, you really being like you're really a bit like and I'm not like that. I can to you being mean, like what's mean? Yeah? Girl, I was just I just didn't care, like I would just say anything, do anything. I was

just and then he was like damn. I was like when you can get the funk out, yeah, like you know, and he would just eat it like he was just constant, and he just came I know, I wouldn't even have touched me, like he had to say in Charlie Room. I just didn't want nothing to do with him. I was like, I'm like, I'm just done. I would trying to find reasons. I'm like, maybe if I'm real nasty

and mean, he'll leave. And then he was just like because when we separated, I the last thing I told him was I was like, I promise, I said, I swear to God, on my child's life, I would never love you the same. I was like, it's done. So that stuck in my head. Was like a lot of him, like a lot of myself. I can't lot to God, you know, not on my child. But I was so angry at the moment. I was like, I promised to God,

I would never love you the same. So when he came back and I house and he was like one day we got into and I was like, listen, I met what I was saying there, like I would never love you the same, and he was like, I know you won't. He's like because you don't love me more.

He practiced that if I was like this, she told me that he like, there's nothing I can say because I'm like, wow, if I do love him, and which in the end ended up happening, like and part of it is your daughter because they had such a great relationship. He's it made it so hard for you to be like because she was like telling you, yeah, she I mean, she don't see no no wrong in him, like she

loves him to death. But what I can't say is even throughout our whole separation, he's like never he picked her up from school, he dropped her off, and everybody know that's not his biological child. But that I mean, there is no blood couldn't make them. So that's interesting because you told you let him come. Now, this is something that guys have to learn when they sunk up. If I let you back in, don't do nothing wrong and just understand the fact that I'm gonna treat you

like shit. Yeah yeah, but you know sometimes when you're so damaged, that don't work down there, like I made it, like how you said it. Now you're saying it, I'm confused. She was saying, take it somewhere else. No, I don't just shop sometimes that don't work. No, it don't like me. I'm even like, I'm not gonna come. I don't care what you think, Jody, I'm not gonna I love you.

I have an attitude when you're having sex and you're mad as Hell's like, yeah, I'm just sucking lay hair'd a hell, I'm not making annoy next thing though, you forgive me. He was like, Bro, you gotta say I don't catch my nu rude, like, I don't care, I don't care, I need it now. What doesn't work if you have to give guys, if it's like for when they're trying to get back after they sucked up. What doesn't work blaming? Tell me what I did wrong? Right? Yeah? Yeah, trying?

I just suck up. Because during that time you was, you would talk to the don't want nothing, bring up the older ship before I met you. You you know you know you love me. So we're just gonna get through this. What get yeah exactly all right, So excuses does not work. You gotta just admit I sucked up and just take it and don't blame sh on me, don't blame I don't give a damn If what it was. Don't play Okay, we had sex and too much. Don't tell me why you wouldn't give me no pussy. I

don't care. I want to hear nothing. But that is kind of sucked up? All right? What else doesn't work? Um? And what? All right? No we didn't finish what does work? Because you said basically he was very consistent, he said, was in contact obviously, you know, with your daughter and picking her up and doing all of that stuff and just letting you treat him like ship. Yeah, he just

won't go away. Okay, but he really he really changed, Like I can't show improved like he Yeah, you really have to like consistently like change, like he really changed. Like the guy he is now is not the guy that he was like a minute. He's changed. And it was suck to putting all that work for somebody else to benefit. But I think sometimes you can't think like that. You just be like so like I used to think like that, like I ain't gonna like benefit. I'm girl.

I got to a like girl having have everything to take my ship, my shoes all because I'm done because we've all taken back and cheating guys so lurial Oh God, what worked. We'll work for you because we're giving these guys advice because maybe some of them are changing too, that are listening. I think like you sat being consistent,

Like that's a big key. It's like if you keep trying to show that you care, you change you and not even that you change, because I don't believe that somebody's gonna change just in one day, one week, that you're willing to change, that you're gonna put in an effort, you know what I mean something like that, Like everybody makes mistakes, so you can't expect somebody to never do

nothing wrong. But at the same time, I think it's like the main thing is like all right, they might have cheated or whatever, but what they're disrespecting you in a way where it's like, all right, you you could find a picture, or you could find this, or you could find I know. That's what makes it. I think that's what makes it works for us, because if we find out something that maybe they sucked somebody when they was on the boys trip, you know last year, one

of the boys, not one of the boys. First of all, you don't never have to call me again. Ain't no forgiving that So okay, you can't forget oh boy, No, but you have some women that take men back when they found out that they would other gods are transgender. It's different. See. No, I don't think we talked about that insecure incident a little bit when he said he did something in college. Boy. Yeah that's a boy damnien like two is one time, so what you would you

wouldn't mess with him? No more? Hell no, but that was mad long ago. He never did nothing again. No, I just wanted to can't do that. I don't want to be in that situation. I agree with both Tammy and Loriol said, But I want to add to that that UM taking accountability for your actions.

Put you're all out on the table taking it, taking accountability for your actions and sincerely apologizing as well as, like you said, he changed and was persistent and all of that. I think a nice A nice get nice along with two you know that, a little bonus round, but definitely UM admitting your faults and and and taking responsibility for your action times that can hurt you, because I I tell you, when we he was like, I'm I'm gonna put it all out on the table, gonna.

He gave me an iPad, he's delete nothing. I see every damn why did he do that? Should have now? I didn't say on yourself. I just said, admit that you was wrong. Did you want to know all that? A part of me did. But then when I've seen it, I was like why because he already he admitted, so he like, just if you if you want to know, like just take it. And I was like, why the

fund did I take this outfare? So it was so funny because I was like reading it and I was like, I said, okay, just leave me alone, don't say nothing to me. And I guess he was downstairs like patient and I'm going through. So he came out. I said, get the funk away from that door. He was like okay and like and I was just like why did I do this? Like why? Girl? Right? Everything? But that's why it was so, That's why it was so mean. That's why it was so hard to take him back,

Like it was so hard. Even when we got back, I was still like so guarded, like he was like I know that you're you're not You're like you're not Tammy yet, like you know you still bring it up to this day, like I stopped that. Okay, I stopped that a long time, Like it took a minute for us to get to a point where I was just like I just started practicing positive energy and it really works, like putting you know, uh, putting things out there or not trying to speak or even thinking it because when

And I would say something like you know we petty, we'll just say a little shit you did that somebody telling me you wasn't. I would just say something like like if I knew this, Okay, say

you were in Miami with a girl. I was like at a certain spot, I'm like, oh yeah, because my whole girl was that um la la lose. He'll be like, yeah, you remember that, And they don't say nothing. I'm petty. I let it murdin it for like a whole day or two. He walking on egg do you happen to know where that is? Right? Have you seen that before he was tagged in the picture. I would say none of that. I would just I didn't sit. So where's though he think I miss like premeditated? Like girl, I'm

one of those ones like that. You would call and I'll just put the evidence together, forensic agent, girl, I get it together real fast. That's good though, that y'all managed. I mean, because it's a lot. Okay, now let's talk about things that don't work. This is what you should not do when you're trying to get back, what you should not do. I think. I think it's never a good idea to leave somebody alone if you're trying to get back with them. Sometimes people you tell him, leave

me alone, leave me alone. That's not a great idea to really, for real, leave her alone if you're really trying to get back. Because too much, especially if you're mad, you start doing things that maybe you wouldn't have normally did just because you're angry. They have to stay like in your faith or not even just yeah, you have to stroke my eagle because you know, some guys in their head they think, well, she's so mad, I might

do for some time to chill. That's the worst thing to do, because that's time to chill, time for me to and not only that, it would make me feel like, well, damn, you really didn't care that much to try to put out for for for get me not to leave because you just let me go right like, and then you start thinking about what then is he doing? Yeah? Like, Also, don't be trying to post pictures like you're having a good time girl. I hate that. I know you're playing

basketball over everybody in the background. You're like, look at the Instagram. I always think of having fun. You just want to be in the house. Fine, yeah, you're like, let me go out. Guys like me, you be posting a pictures on Instagram like I'll post a whole nigger. Yeah that no, but that MCM is the best thing to do because it could be somebody that you know, you don't even know or nothing like that. Yeah, but that will make them say Albert earlier, just to put

posted a depiction on purpose. But yeah, because for some reason she felt like that was okay, or she felt like she had one up, like she knew what it was, but she's like, oh, I got this pictures, you know, but then not knowing me not knowing it's probably was about at the time. Well I didn't find out till later, but probably like five other bitches that had a similar picture. So in my mind, I'm thinking, like, damn, this nig

is working with this one bit a background. It was most of holes, just like you know what I mean, all it takes just because they took, Like the girl has a picture in a car or something that don't make them in a relationship. But in your mind, when you see that ship and you keep looking at it, have started a family. Dog. I think our minds get to us more. Sorry because I got to walk up like nigger, you don't answer the phone, RVID and place you with Tim bitches, right, that's crazy. But you don't

feel like that now, No, I don't. You got over that. It took a while, you know, And I don't even think it's just more so like just him. It's just I have gotten into a place in my life. Nigga. But it was a celebrity basketball game, and you know I'm very competitive, and I was assistant coach to fatch you on the team. And one of the players on the team was like, listen, if I win, could you go ask Timmy if I could take her on a date? And I said, well, you know, she's in a relationship. He was like, I just want to take her on one date. I said, okay, if you win,

but he shot that dunking on a little girl. But I knew we wasn't gonna win because the other team was stacked up against us. They had all kind of ship going for us. But it was something incentive, Thank you, Tammy. It wasn't centive. First we came close. Sometimes you got to take and then afterward I told Tammy, I said, I just got to let you know I did promise somebody a date. Yeah, but I'm very competitive. I'm charing form and everything. I know. I'm just chairing part. Listen.

If we would have want I don't know what I would have done date like I p her after the tea. You're very girl. She would have had to style you for the day and just put some glasses on you. Listen. We would have to do a lot more than that, more of me. But I'm sure that even did you ever consider going out with somebody else, like while you were single for that period of time. No, I didn't think about I mean, no conversations is different. I know

you have some fantastic options. It looks like that looked like he didn't give her a chance. He would like killing me like either. I mean I saw he knew that I was talking to people or whatever. It wasn't nothing like like ever dating or no more than a text or so. But I would never like go. I didn't want to get shot at, like I like, you won't want to fly you to Philippine. I want to

realizing how much they miss you for real. I felt like it does sometimes take certain people a while, like especially if they're in a relationship where maybe it was like a lot, like you were together a lot and stuff like that.

I felt like sometimes their friends get in their head and they're like, yeah, you go, you single, let's go o. And then after a while, when the fun is wearing down and their friends ain't over there all the time, it started to be like my girlfriend, I saw you posted a whole bunch of roses in the club and said, you've got in so much trouble that night. Oh it was in the club. Who get those roses? Who gave me the roses in the club? Was holding them? I

know you wasn't holding toy years roses. It was a mess that night. It was that weekend. It was fun. It was just like a whole bunch of a whole bunch of moving parts. Yeah, like a whole bunch of stuff. I was, you know, it was just they were just coming like you know, like at your you know what guys know your think they know that immediately. It is just like I just started coming everywhere. Yeah, yeah, it's

like anywhere. Yeah, exactly ridiculous, you know, like I like out of here people were coming to like so I'm like, oh, it was just crazy. It was crazy that do you think being on reality TV and then just really like just becoming because you really did become famous, you know after doing that, like everybody knows who Tammy is now we see you all the time, and I'm sure you can't go anywhere, like life has changed so much, you know for you do you think that that was hard

for him to take into. I think, uh, for like honestly, I think for a moment it was like, um yeah, because he had to share me walks a Gemini. He's like real protective. He's very old school, like keep believing. I'm laughing because we was talking about signs. You're into that, right, was looking at me like, I don't care about five date somebody based on their signs. I mean, I won't go back a lot. But you know, it's so crazy. exes were Geminis Gemini and her xs A Gemini. Oh my god, how does that work? To Geminis? She had twins meet Explo because I dated that. I've been in numerous long term relationships and they've all been Geminis and it's all within the week of my birthday. That's gem Oh my gosh. Yeah. And like my ex we were together for seven years, he's a Gemini. A guy I dated after him had the same exact birthday as me, and then I just randomly met someone that is in

He felt about that though, like your relationship, like you know, you're putting out your feelings and stuff on your relationship. He actually cool with and he's like, um when he heard the I mean,

it's some songs that he didn't like. I had this one song called only One, and it's like pretty much like you ain't the only one whould turn your phone off, nigger, I can do it.
