and somebody that whose husband actually likes having him around. Okay, can you guys believe nowadays on the show called Basketball Wives or year the only wife? Well, listen, my taking jazz, That's not what I meant currently right now, I'm the only one Brandy. Brandy's a wife too, But they are they back together? Um? You know what they didn't. I don't think she the show. I mean, I know she saw her but in the opening credits, you know she's not not this or not this season, but eventually maybe.

So how do you keep things fresh? Though? I know that's a question. I'm sure probably people ask you all the time, but how do you keep things fresh? Like? I know I hear stories all the time about people who are married and they just stop having sex, they're not interested anymore. How do you make sure that still you know what the intimate is. Intimacy is there. That's why I wrote this book too, because it was to help couples and just people looking for a relationship. Intimacy

is not just about sex. It's also about communication, conversation. I want to feel appreciated. You know, from morning tonight. A woman wants to feel like, you know, she's special when she wants to feel like she looks good and feels good. But if all of a sudden, you're doing her all day and then at night you just want to have sex, it starts making making them feel objectified, and you know, the fire starts burning out. They start

getting bored, they start wanting something else. Then that other man comes into their life and compliments them and this and that, and intimacy starts before you know, and she said over him, and then don't let him breathe on

your neck or something. Next thing, you know, all them feelings start coming back, and then the sex is the bomb because you really want it with your mate, like you're getting it somewhere else, and you start confusing yourself with thinking you're in love with that person in the relationship Falters, do you ever go through like a dry Did you ever go through a dry spell where y'all just weren't having sex? I always hear this, but my friends have been in long term relationships, like we never

have sex anymore. You know what, We didn't because we're both freaks. We both love to be intimate with each other, and we have this thing where we can talk about anything and we fantasize too. That's another thing that I think couple should do more of, and I talk about it in my book as well. It's fantasizing and it makes everybody feel like they're not missing anything, you know what I mean. You have to be able to be open or with your partner and with your maide and

have respect and trust too. You know, they have to not want to veer outside of that relationship. But I can tell Doug if I find somewhere attractive or this and that other, And it's really that intimacy that we share together that helps us go to another level mentally. If you're there, the sex is the bomb. So he doesn't get mad though you're like, oh, I think someone's right. I want to be that's right, that's right, and you have to do that, you have to have that open communication.

But it like okay, because I never really tell, like my boyfriend, if I find somebody else attractively, I'd be scared. But I just felt like, that's my time. My girls, Like I never would tell my boyfriend like he looks good, he's a good look guy. Yeah, you know. And people are surprised because they're like, Jackie, will you picture you this over protective, you know, jealous type, And I'm like, it's not even like that. Like we and we started

years and years ago. We've been married twenty one year, so we right in our first two years of marriage. We was in Hawaii one time and we were just sitting on the couch in the hotel room, chilling and eating and drinking wine, and we just started talking openly about things, and I wanted him to share with me his past. What was your best relationship, what was the best sex, who was it with, Why do you feel

you felt that way and all of that. We started our conversations like that and it just developed into being able to be open about everything, and it just took us to another level. He was like Dialne Dine. I was a little jealous at first because he tells you other people, because yeah, if I asked you that question, you better saying okay, that's what I'm saying. I felt like that, but I fought the urge because I was like, with a man, it's hard enough to get him to

open up. So I didn't let him see it. But I was kind of like, ouch o her, why But then it just it just drove me to be the best motivation there it is, I better get on there, reverse cowgirl, let me find the top. Now, what about him telling you about you know, women that like he's she's hot. I would definitely in my younger years if I was single. No, he he it's a turn off for me. Dougs in his forties. We're still young. We're you know what I'm saying. We just gets it popping.

And if like Halle Berry, he thinks she's beautiful everybody that's like yeah, but what about somebody attainable like that? You know, random that's like a random check. Yeah, it could be a girl down the street, or if you know, if I haven't seen him in a couple of days, say he's gone with the team. for us, it's intriguing. It's like a different kind of release for us. But if he was like, man, I think Evelyn is so sexy, I would laugh if he thought was. But I mean, I'm I'm I'm, you know, secure enough in myself that I wouldn't worry about Evelyn too much. But he doesn't get like a hall pass or anything that you're like, I don't think he even wants that, because when you can be open with your mate and your everything to them, it's like kind of like, man,

it takes that whole thing out of it. And I know what he wants, I know what he needs, and I'm there to fulfill that and vice versa. So we kind of we're happy now. I was reading my friend Laney has been writing for this magazine right she has a communist magazine. She's to work at Penthouse, so she talks a lot about sex, and she talks about how masturbating is really good for you, and they say it releaves a lot of stress for some guys that can

But I'm always nervous for them. But they're like, these guys are so hot and da da da. So I guess it has a certain level of interestingness to it because it's

But let's talk about some life experience since you've done Sure, Um, they were mostly really great. I was working at Penthouse. Is a slow day. You know, um, like people do you go online and I would, you know, meet someone and go see them on my lunch hour for instance, you know, and come back. You know that One of the tips I'd given the article is if it's the talking is going on too long, like like now a week's gone by and you haven't made up, there's usually something that's when something fishy is going on. It's not when when some guy says, okay, yeah, can you meet today, great, let's do Those are usually on the level when it's like a week goes by and like he's still talking to you, and it's the conversation is explicit, like he wants the sext or whatever. So one guy he's in me his picture. When I say from India, I mean like he was not like, yeah, he'd been here, he'd hadn't been here that long in accent or and he's like, hello, Laney, and I said yeah, and he's like it's me, you know. And it would have been fine, except that's not the picture I got. That's not that they weren't even the same race, they weren't the same and and I just stared at him and I was like, and I said

to him, absolutely not. And I just walked out. And he think that you would still be okay with it, like it's amazing what people think they can pull off. Like that's that's probably the worst thing that happened, which, you know, it was kind of gross when you think about how you've spoken to that person, like, oh, what

do you winto sexually? What are you want too? You got kind of intimate and that After that, I was like, don't talk that dirty to anybody at all, because you you know, could be some guy just trying to get his jollys off or you know whatever, because that did feel icky. Like when I got home, I was like, I got to take a shower, and like, did you have like repeat instances with some of these guys that

you were meeting or was it always just a one time? Yeah, there were some guys that I saw over the first guy that I ever hooked up with. UM, I think instinctually I decided to look for younger guys, thinking I'd have more control when you you know, when I my first one, so it was someone who's like ten years younger than me, and we had a great time. And that's why I think I started kept doing it because the first one was so much fun. He was a

really cool person. He worked in entertainment like I did, and you know, you know, we hooked up, and I think we hooked up for like six years on and off. Like yeah, I mean, I know it's not gonna sound nice, but like, you know, I saw him through an engagement in a marriage, and you know, when when his wife was away, like I came over, you know, like his wife doesn't I'm standing there naked looking at a wedding album and you know, like that and you know, you

guys look great. Now, let me see it, just like I don't know. I don't know if she know, Um, you don't. I didn't, you know, I didn't know. I never obviously, if I hadn't met her, I would never have done that, you know, so but um, I I don't know. And I know that that's his disrespect Oh in their beds in the Yeah, it was disrespectful. That's why I would never have thought of him as anything but a hook up. Like obviously he's not a guy you want to date and get serious with and stuff.

You know, you can't do that, go to some assassinate What if she came home? Right? You never had before her? I guess, yeah, yeah, Yeah. He was such a he was like, you know, this cute but nerdy, kind of nervous. He wouldn't he wouldn't have taken a chance like that, Like it would have had to be like she would have shown up like two days early or something if

that had happened and stuff. But I saw him for a while, and you know, every so often he checks in to see, you know, I'm married now and stuff. He checks in to see my status, like what's it calling? I said, still married, And he's like, think you could do an engagement in a marriage too, Yeah, sort of. You remember the first time you went Doug hooked up? Yes, yeah, so how long like walk us through that, because let me see, I just knack you know what. It was

four months into our relationship. Surprisingly, we finally decided to be intimate. And it was that I had a candle downtown Seattle, overlooking the water. It was really really cool, and we were in the living room and back then, you know, the big screen TVs was like the big console. So we were watching shanee um and now she shanis online, you know the singer, Yeah, and that's the song. Yeah.

He was like, she has such a pretty smile, this and that, and we just we had some wine and we ended up being intimate right there in the living room on the floor. My best friend she didn't live with me, but I gave her the key and she came home and we were just like messing around under the blanket. But she was like, oh my god, on top of us, and it was hilarious and she was like, oh, you guys finally did it and all hilarious. So it was common. That wasn't the first time. It was amazing.

It was just what I thought it would be. It was, you know, everything I thought he would be. Because sometimes the first time, I always feel like this, like you could have a great connection with somebody. Sometimes the first time it's a little awkward. I think so too. I never really had the first time to be the best time. No no, no no no. I had one time when I was the best time. But I remember one time I had the first time and I'll call and I

was like, this ship was off. She said, it was terrible, like this is awful. It was so bad. I did not want to have sex with him. And what did I say? She was like, well, you know, you just probably just gotta learn each other five and then I'm not gonna lie. When we did it again, it was really good, but I mean it wasn't the best, but it was cool. But like he wasn't top five, top five,

top five. He was right like flashed. But you know it was just like she's right, like in the beginning, it's kind of like you gotta learn each other sometimes with sometimes you don't pussy right, Like there's some things it's true. tell me what I am. I think of a guy was to stop me and be like, listen, this is awful, this is I'm constructive. Don't put it over against what constructive is? You know what? we know we're framing it. Yeah, when you're feeling it like for each other? Do you have sex differently? Sex take together? I thought you said you have you know, we watch of other people. But it's all about the mental for me. I think for your next anniversary, you guys should feel yourself having sex, really think, oh my god, and then like he could have a little clip on his phone and you have a little clip on your phone, and then when you're out together, then you can see. I think that be had what we face time and stuff. But I don't know about that. I'll try it, but he probably would love that. I'm not gonna probably love that. See, I'm

a mental person. I'm the type that you know they say, if you really, really, really think hard enough, you can almost have an orgasm thinking about it. Really Yeah, and I get the chiels and all that because I'm so into the mental part of it. I'm going to try that about him. YEA lady for you getting married, right, I'm sure obviously that you and your husband have had

to talk about a lot of different things. Sure, the way he's a Donald Trump supporter, I'm not gonna Please don't kill me because the same No, he's looked well. I pulled a trick on him. Actually on election day, he didn't feel well and I said to me, no, honey, I said, are you really gonna you know, you obviously have a fever. I said, you know he's not gonna win in New York anyway. You know, it's not like your votes going to count. And I said, well, don't

you just sit this one out? And he goes, you're right, He's not, You're right, And so I was like, at least I can say that you know, he didn't actually vote for him. I was like, I can't go to bed with you if I know you've voted for the man. He is awful. The funny thing is is that, um,

you know, working adult entertainment. UM, when I want to be in a relationship, I usually don't tell people right away because it scares men off or men think you're gonna like, oh great, we're gonna have orgies and have sex with you know, porn stars, and it's not the

case either. So UM, I just told him I was a publicist, and I think after a month someone at his job googled my name and went over to him and said, oh my god, he's like this girl you're with, he's like, she's like this and this, And he texted me and he it wasn't so much the porn. It was I didn't tell about the books either, and he texted me and he goes, are no, no. He texted me and he said, um, so you wrote a book about blow jobs. Very impressive and I said, oh my god.

And then he called me and goes, it's okay. He goes, I'm so like impressed that you're such a self made woman and you're a businesswoman. And I know that doesn't mean right and exactly he said that too, and then I said, well life. He said that too, but um, I said, well, I'm glad you. I said, this isn't gonna be an issue, and he goes, well, it's not like I read that you like, you know, volunteered for the Obama campaign. And I stopped and I said what

does that mean. I just didn't even understand. And I said what do you mean by that? And he goes oh, and then he's like, yeah, I'm a Republican, like like like we had our wedding at the Women's National Republican Club on fifth A Venue. It was beautiful, like the beautiful ballroom and everything is great, but it's like it's like a family religion, Like they're like, you know, Abraham Lincoln, like Republicans, Like it's it's there religion in this family.

Do you guys are you a lot about that? Because oh, yes, going on, I can imagine k Raley absolutely. I'm sure you've probably met because I know he loves horn stars. Yeah. I had a couple of I had. I had a client, you remember her, remember doctor Z. Yeah, she she had a couple of dates with him when before after Marla, but before Milannia, when he was single for a little window and um, you know she she told us how like he goes, all he does talk about himself all day.

You know, she goes, I didn't have sex with him because he's so She's like, all he do was talk about himself. And all he did was say, like, you know, once you sleep with me, you know I'm going to ruin it for everyone else. You'll never want anyone but me, you know. And he talked about his like last wife and you know she just just not a nice person of dates. Who does that? Yeah, Okay, yeah, we don't

even call him president. That's so funny. We'd just be like, I've never heard anyone outside the media state president, right, because when Obama was like president Obama president, Like you're apparently like Donald Trump, like we know him for real, for real, like that Nike Donald Trump. Now, I know people who are so scared of like online dating. They feel like it makes him a loser. You know, I don't want to sign up, and so just from your

own experience, oh speak on that. I totally felt that way. That's why I did Craigslist because um, my mom my sister is bothering me for years to do Match, and I was like, I don't want my profile up for people to see and commercis Match. That's what I mean. That's it actually seems like it's successful. I met my husband on Match. That's ironically ironically, that's one. Yeah, but you know, um yeah, when I was on Craiglist, like I never even when I posted ads, like, I never

posted my photo. I didn't want people to know. Absolutely you do, but I was. I was willing to risk it. I didn't care. I didn't want people to know and um, very private about my you know, my personal life, and I didn't want people knowing about it. So, you know, that's why I didn't do Match. And finally, when I just got bored, you know, after a while, especially when I started my own business. Um, it's it's just stopped

giving me the same charge. You know. It's like it was like a drug that didn't work anymore, you know, just I stopped getting a buzz, and my sisters like, are gonna go and match finally? Like finally, and I was like, okay, fine, I will. Probably has so many people that, you know, yeah, I did. I did. Somebody who used to date my old roommate in college actually posted on my my photo like, hey, how are you you know? How long was you on there before you

found Mr? Right? One month? That's it, That's what I'm saying him to. He he was, he was on and off on the No, it sounds like he was there. He was there a while more than me. For sure. He was there a while more than me. He was dating several women when I met him. He just hadn't found one that he really liked. So he kept his profile up, you know, until he met someone that he really liked. And so I think he'd been there like

at least a year. I'm like, I just think I'm so scared to like me, Like I met one person off on Instagram before, but he was verified. I could google him. That's safe, you know, I mean, but to me, I feel like even like guys that like if they try to tell out to me and it's like I can't google them. I'm not saying that they have to be like, oh, you gotta be famous or you, but I'm scared because I don't know you, like, yeah, where's your friends? Who the fuck is who you related to? Like,

I just don't feel comfortable enough. So I think that's kind of cool that you found your husband off of matches you were able to, Like, I wouldn't have a husband, which I don't right now, and that's maybe because I wouldn't take like a risk like that. I don't know. I was just like you though, I really was, like I thought that was the worst I really, I mean years I refused to do it, and meanwhile, I'm on Craigslist, like, you know, having amazing sex life, but not having an

amazing relationship. Although I did actually end up living with a guy I met off craiglist. I was going to say none of those guys ever wanted a relationship. Some of them did, but it was you know, for me, it was more about the sex anyway. You know, I had a really busy career and I wasn't lonely per se. You know. It was when I got lonely all the sudden, and that I was like, no, this isn't when I got lonely. Is when it stopped working for me. You know, when I wanted me to real person. But one guy,

um I did. We ended up moving and he moved in with me, like after two months and then it's such a bad Yeah he did. He got a woman in apartment one morning when one day, like at two o'clock in the morning, he wakes me up on a Friday night, like we're sleeping and he's like, get up, get up, and he takes me to living room. He looks at me and he could start all of a sudden.

I don't know he he was a whack of dude, and I didn't know, you know, I was living in my head and he starts like ranting about all the things, started listing reasons why he doesn't want to stay in this relationship.
