Just so people know, well, Um, I do a lot, man, you know, just managing the spot, helping Scotty, dealing with bookings, you know, making sure that engineers are on point with the sessions, just every kind of studio. Yeah. Yeah, it's a lot, but it's it's great. You know, everything that we do here on the podcast lip Service is great every week is it's Yeah, you're weird because I'm sure guys come up here and try to kick it to you because

you're a cute girl, very attractive. So how do you handle that? Um? I mean, you just got to know the industry that you and you know this music industry. You're gonna do with that every day? If you're pretty chick no matter where you go. So I think I just you know, because people always say that, how do you handle it when you work? You know, you're working and guys are flirting with you, coming on to you.

How do you handle that if you especially if you're not interested, but you don't want to offend somebody, And yeah, I think you gotta keep it friendly. And I think, you know, depending on how you come off to the person, they would know immediately if you're rocking with them or not. You know what I mean. It's one thing to flirt friendly, but you know, I think if you're trying to take it to the next level is pretty obvious. So you know, I'm always friendly with the guys. Is again, this industry

is just mail driven. So I deal with men every day. All the guys that work here is a bunch of them. But you know, it's an adventure. It's fun. I learned from them. I learned people always asking that, they're like, how do you deal with guys? It's just something you gotta get used to, you know, something you gotta deal with if you're going to be in this industry. Again, it's a male driven industry, so you gotta get used

to it. The worst for me is like even if you're really nice and they still can't take the curve right, Yeah, respect because you know why, because sometimes persistence of what comes resistant. I'm sure we've all give it into a persistent guy. Yes I have. Yeah it works. Yeah, I'm not gonna lie. It works. It's like getting a job. You know, I'm gonna keep on checking in and seeing if it works out. And if one day you can

get caught slipping. You know, if one day you're drunk, right or you know, upset about something or board or lonely, maybe this guy to be hearing me all the time, fucking you don't want it does happen, though it happened to all of us. I'm sure, right that persistent guy. But it's just that if you're not interested at all, and that is their rules against, like dating somebody that comes up here is bad. Like do they tell you not to um or is it just like at your

own discretion? I mean I've never been told not to, you know, I think we're all adults. But it's just keeping it at a level where it's still respectful when it's not, you know, it's not messing with anyone, it's not messing with the business. Do you think it's never spectable? Like, what do y'all think if a girl is working someplace? Like say, we came in here and a woman was working here, but you know a few people done came

in and it doesn't matter for me. I think. Um, I feel like once you once you have sex with somebody and you see them every day, it makes things awkward. If you guys can keep it on the low and and you don't have to spread that out to everybody, then

And she's like when she opened, like, she's like, but we've never danced before. How long have they been dating? Like a year or something? And then um, well they're

like on and off because she has another boyfriend. But that's a whole different right, Yeah, that's a whole different dancing itself. Yeah, that's a whole different dance. But she's like, we didn't dance on our first day. Like if if it doesn't make sense, it doesn't make sense though type of connection. Maybe, Yeah, that's what I told her. took the gift is like but he now you know what. Okay, SO had ex boyfriend and he used to gna be the worst presence ever. And we were together for a long time, like five years, and his presence used to be terrible. I used to be like he would be so excited to give him He wouldn't even be excited. He just wasn't a thoughtful person and he would give me the worst presence and I never would say anything,

but it would make me mad. So when we did break up, Now, he did cheat on me, and you know, I found out and then I was like, okay, and I was thinking to myself, he got me whack presents anyway, and that's like, I think you could put up with a lot more when somebody treats me really good and it's like thoughtful and everything. But because you know, he got me whack presents and he didn't treat me like

like he was cheating. It take you a little homemade purse, but you know, lie, he was like, you know this woman in my job makes persons. He really brought me a purse. But then in those situations when people buy you continuously by your gifts that you don't like, is it that they're not paying attention to what you do like or they're just picking up whatever. Maybe it's their personal taste it's but his taste was good. He put himself all kind of nice stuff. Maybe you know what

I think. I think he never had like a for real like the girlfriend he had before me was like basic, not even but he never had like no real girlfriend that he really did stuff for. So it probably was his most serious relationships. It was like a learning experience. I was like candy Pig. I'm sure he was buying amateur gifts, right, he was just didn't an amateur gifting. Like he went on vacation and he came back with like some type of shell necklace from he probably bought

I just felt like this is all I can't even were a little more in life. And then one time he got me a juicy couture perfume set. It smelled disgusting. Yeah, that's that's that's like teenager. But I do feel like at the time I should have said something to him, because I felt like it was wrong for me not to say anything. So somebody was asking me, you know, how much do you think somebody should spend on a ring? Like if you was gonna get engaged, how doesn't like, what do you expect somebody to spend? Um? I it depends on the situation, like if um if it depends on what he does for a living, what you do

for a living? What's going on? Because in general they say three months salary, Okay, you supposed to spend on a ring, on a ring? My friends just got engaged in her ring was like nice, Yeah, it was nice. That's number. I agree with stuff. I think it's just really you know your situation. But if somebody asked you, like how much you think would you expect somebody to spend on the ring for you? What would you say for me? For my soul? Yes? What would you say?

Three million? Dollars. I mean cute, you know, if if you want to you know, I mean, I mean, you know, we could go up to a million, but millions aller ring where it's so it's so big and happy, I can't even lift my hand. the situation and a lot of things like stuff. And he said, if it's a hard working dude and he doesn't have a lot of money, but he feels like you really want to ring and he wants to propose to you, and he has to do whatever it takes to make you happy, wouldn't if it was fake, you know, that would be a problem. But maybe he felt pressured that he wanted to get you a ring and he couldn't. Maybe it was like one day I'm gonna get a

I was honestly hoping that they would have a baby. Us us

post you like that? Though it depends, It depends on the situation because for me, for me, marriage it's not about the ring, it's not about the money. It's about the soul connection. You know what I mean. If you love somebody and you feel that sole connection, I feel you should get married. Now. I don't think everybody thinks like that. I don't think everybody should think like the way I do. You know, it's my personal opinion. But you know, I've been a couple of guys have proposed

to me. I've had I've been engaged twice and I've said no once. You know what I mean. That's three times. And you know, if I mean it is what it is, i'd be feeling like guys think. I think guys feel like women ultimately want to get married, so that like they'll say that let's just get married to make it better. And that's not that's not when somebody up like that's gonna That has happened to me, you know, So for me, for me personally, I'm not in a rush to get married.

I'm not I'm not thirsty for it. You know, it's not even something that I dreamt about when I was a kid. You know when I when I was a kid, I dreampt about living in a house on the hill. I didn't think about a dog or a white fence. I didn't think about husband. I didn't think about any of that. I just thought, Hey, I want to live in a house on a hill, and I want to bring all my good friends that I hang out with in the neighborhood. Proposing you've been with your man, I'm proposing,

but no, I can't. What do you think he would saying? He would just look at me like I was crazy, probably like I don't know what he would say. He would I don't know you would because you think he would look at you crazy. I'm not proposing. I'm just not gonna do that. I'm just not going to propose. I just I feel like that's the man's job. And if you're gonna get married, then that's what he should do.

Let's say, y'all break up, he was cheating, and now you'll get back together. We're just gonna have to go and take take that trip to the doctor together and be just gonna have to just trust each other that we were not gonna happen again. Whole shirt because I'm not. We're not using condom. Have you ever like the first time you didn't use it?

Kind of never went back to using them after that? List somebody, Yeah, we use condoms the first time and that was it, and then after that never get That's a tough thing to do to be like, hey, I need you to use a condom now. I mean, because you see, guys are like getting vasectomies, getting multiple women pregnant. Guys are gross. By the way, Yeah, but I think as a woman, look these guys out here with fun anything, and like you said, they'll have multiple babies by multiple women. So are they really worried about themselves? A lot of men will be. But I think as a woman you should protect yourself. I always think it's weird too, when a guy tries to have sex with you with no condom, absolutely first, especially when it's the first time, because that means yeah, because you're not me. Think that you just

looked at me and said, okay, she don't need safe. Yeah, you do that with everybody. Yeah. Yeah, I feel that way too. I definitely feel And if you say to him, if we're getting at it for the first time and you just come straight with no condom, I'm gonna just look at you and that we're not even gonna do it, that's scary. Because men are less, it's likely to go to the doctor. You shouldn't want it if it's that easy. It's true. I think women if you don't have nothing,

Yeah, I think as a woman, if you sexually active, definitely go to the g y N and make sure you're good at the end of the day, because there's nothing these things that you can have, no symptoms you don't even know you have, and then you can end up not being able to have kids. and I think for me, there's nothing. There's nothing better for me when I'm having sex with somebody to feel confident, yeah, like to knowing that I'm protective even if you haven't, like you know, if you're not using the condom with someone you're close to, but you're still not trying to, let's say, get pregnant. There's nothing and better for me to feel confident, like knowing that like I'm protected, like on birth control or like that. I go to my g y N regularly to know that I'm good, you

and hang out without somehow involving holes. They're gonna go to the strip club, they're gonna do whatever. It's always gonna be the fars and stuff like that and watch the game and play cards and no. No, I think it all depends on the person. So there's some guys that are really, you know, really loyal and genuine and don't worry about that and they can't hang out with their friends. But there's some other dudes, the majority that are like, wait, a bitch, is that damn? That's fun?

You think it's an immaturity thing though, like you think because one of my ex boyfriends, his mom told me that guys stopped cheating when they get too old and tired to do it and it's too much effort. She was like, listen, his stepfather ain't stopped cheating toil. His ask was two day entired to be running because this is hard to keep up. Once you know these guys, they'll have three or four or five six chicks calling them, texting them. It's hard to keep up. This is so sad, man,

I feel terrible about this whole situation. Now, what about dating guys who have no friends? I diated this guy and literally he had no friends, like none. That's tough. And then it's a little weird because you want to be like, hey, let me get my friends, and you know, we all. I don't have changed with your friends, but friends, that's tough. I was in a relationship like that when I was like eighteen and I was engaged to him

trying to find himself, and then he didn't. He had friends, but he always wanted to spend time with me, and that was great, but after a while, it's like, babe, let's hang out with your friends, let's hang out with my friends, hang out with you, let's all merged together, like you come out with my friends or you go out with your friends. And it was always like, no, I want to And I'm like, dude, that's cool, but like we need different energy, we need to be around people.

And then you know, then he just started hanging out with other people, hanging out with other dudes, going to parties all the time, and just don't know, Yeah, he got friends. Yeah, I mean he always had friends, you know, but he was more secluded to trying to focus on himself and being with me. And I was great, but I'm like, dude, we're still young. Let's have fun. Like I want to be around my friends. I want you to come hang out with my friends. I want to

be with your friends. Let's let's mingle. I don't want to sit in your room the whole time. That's you get bored. And I like to have a boyfriend. I said that play dates with him and other my friends and the boyfriends. You know what I'm saying, Like, hey need you and I want you to meet her boyfriend. Yeah, it's fun. I like guys that could be social because it's like then it turns into a routine. It's like, all right, I'm going to see you, We're hanging out.

You coming to see me. We're doing the same thing. Do you get bored? Damn? And why did you pick up your engagement? I think we were young, you know, we were really young at that point. Um, we were in a serious relationship. But I think we were young. And again we crossed path we like our paths just changed in life and we kind of just separated. Were always but he had a baby after that, and he was a good dude regardless, So I wish him the best, you know, but it was we were just so we

Now, should you support your man or you you know, for guys, your women if you think that what she's doing isn't really that good, if they're not if you don't believe in them, like say they have a dream of goal, they want to do something, but you don't really think they're that good at it, should you still be supported or should

you let them know? Should you question if there's a possibility for them to get better at said thing and get professional training or you know, but well you might need some professional training. Yeah, I mean if it's a way for them too, if there's a way for you to encourage them to improve that talent or whatever that skill or whatever it is, then you should encourage them

that way. But if it ain't no way of help, like let's just say you want to be a singer, want to be a singer, can't single lick or trying to singing or been trying to sing and he just too old. You're not going to be in a boy man because you so right? You just know so, I mean, I guess it all depends, but you should all you should never be a yes person. You should never you should always give the honest truth rather it's gonna hurt someone or not, because in the long run, you're going

to hurt them by not being truthful with them. So I feel like and I live my life just being honest and real because that's how I would expect the same thing in return. But um, I just feel like, you just gotta keep it one hunting and if it's something that you're not you can't get better at. I think quit while you are ahead, and let's try to Let's just move on and try some other things. Like Yeah, you can help them as much as you can. I think, like G said, encourage them and help them find better

ways to you know, improve their skill. But is they're not making no money and you've got to support them. Yeah, see, Hell no, it depends how long. It depends how long because certain things take time, you know, to to I'm gonna be an actor. I want to do this, I want to do that. Help me pay for these classes and then when I blow up, I got you. If it's been like four or five years and you haven't gotten at least some type of even if it's a made some type of stride, even if it's a couple of bucks. No, But what if they want to take this hobby and make it like their full time and they want to quit their job and they're not get either,
