actually get three days out of one day where most people get one day I'm gonna show you how to do more one day most people get done in a week it's pretty easy and by the way the time utilizing your time and being really good at your time will get you where you want to go faster
crush everybody I'm explaining this to you okay so I'm gonna I'm gonna kind of write down some some days here right I'm just gonna give you an example let's say this is Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and everybody has the same day right Everybody's got the same 24 hours in a day. Most everybody wakes up, they go maybe work out, they go to the gym, then they go to work and then they go home.
okay this is what i call normal it seems to be what everybody is doing well most people are going to have the same life next year that they had this year Don't be most people. I'm going to show you what you're going to do. You're going to create many days. If, if. You want to scale fast. What does scale fast mean? That means you see this guy, this normal guy doing this, this, this. You're like, man, seems like he's working hard. Seems like things are really dialed in. No.
I'm going to show you how to go to the next level, which is called Scaling Fast. This is important right here. We're going to actually dial out one day, okay? And we're going to split the day. into three and we're gonna create what is called many days okay now is this one day you bet it is but what is it called it is called one day that's broke into three different days all in one let me explain this to you from 6 a.m. until noon
You will complete and write down the tasks of what most people would complete and do in one day. See this normal guy? We're going to get done what he got done in one day. We're going to get it done from 6 to noon. We're going to create a second mini day from noon to 6 p.m. And then a third from 6 p.m. to midnight.
Okay, so as you're looking at this, it goes from 6 to noon, noon to 6, and then from 6 to midnight. You need me to say, Andy, dude, I'd be exhausted if I had that schedule. Okay, I get it, because from midnight to 6 a.m. That's six hours of sleep. You may say, Andy, I need eight hours of sleep. Okay. If you did, what we would do is that we would just change midnight and we'd have you done at 11. And then we'd start at 7 a.m.
instead of 6 a.m. What would that do now? Boom! Gives you eight hours. You see how you own your time? Most people think they own time, but time really owns them. I want to explain something to you. If you want to scale fast, you're going to have to create these mini days. You have to. Super important guys, if you're watching this video right now and you're like, Andy, I'm not built like that. So I want you to ask yourself, say, Andy, so how do I fill out my schedule here and what exactly, how can I cram all this in there? Well, number one, you can do it. You just have to care about your time. You have to think about your time. You have to be efficient with your time. this is called time blocking write that down time blocking what does that mean that means you're going to block out time and by the way listen to me most people cannot be disciplined with their freaking time
They say they can, but they can't. So I need you to understand this. If you say you're gonna go to the gym from 7.30 to 8.30, You're in the gym, in at 7.30. You're out by 8.30. Not 8.45, not 8.50, not 9 o'clock. At 8.30, gone. You're rolling. It's that easy. Okay.
If you decide from 830 to 9 that you're going to be driving home, you can be on a phone call from 830 to 9. with your team with your wife that could be you and her time where you say hey baby every time I'm out of the gym okay I'm gonna call you and I'm gonna talk to you you're important to me you're a priority I'm gonna talk to you that entire time by the way listen to me I'm just feeling it
some generic stuff your stuff maybe wake up and take the kids to school right it can be whatever listen to me you time blocking your day will allow you to get more done than anyone else. And by the way, what does this time blocking include? Everything. Okay. Spiritual. Okay. Maybe you're doing your finances. Okay. Your family.
okay your health and then also your business okay it has all of it in there you make sure that when you plan this out it has everything this 6 p.m. to that midnight right there that may have the time with your family eating dinner and all that with them and this first half is all business okay do you feel me i need you to ask yourself what is your highest rewarding tasks what are they what rewards you the most okay
What gets you the furthest? What gains the grounds? By the way also, what do you hate to do? Because you got to do what you hate to do. By the way, if you ask me, I want to do what I hate to do first thing out the gate and get it out of the freaking way. It's the way that I operate. I want to wait till the end of the day and then do what I hate to do. Okay. So you may put that at the beginning.
but whatever it is you understand the concept of how to scale fast now listen to me the crazy part about this is that most people who watch this will say oh man that's unrealistic i couldn't do all that That's exactly the reason why you can't do it is because you think you can't do it. That's the problem. If you want to know how the top 1% of people in the world actually get to where they want to go.
They do what the 99% aren't willing to do, okay? Can you take more? Can you put more on you? Do you want your time to matter? Look, you're not gonna get any more time. Quit acting like you're gonna live twice, okay? Use the time you got.
