Shelter-in-place order issued in the area where prisoner escaped

As the manhunt for a murderer enters its second week, a shelter-in-place order has been issued for a small area in Pennsylvania as police continue their search for Danelo Cavalcante. The advocacy group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington filed a lawsuit to keep him from the 2024 Republican primary ballot, citing the 14th Amendment's ban on insurrectionists holding public office.
