President Trump: "I am officially declaring a national emergency"

President Trump declares the coronavirus pandemic a national emergency which allows people and communities to seek help from the federal government and ideally, access to more testing. Anthony Scaramucci, former White House Communications Director, joins Anderson Cooper to react to the President's declaration and how he's been handling this pandemic that's affecting the country. Plus, Italy is in the midst of a lockdown after the government implemented strict isolation measures to contain the spread of coronavirus. The deadly virus has claimed more than 1,000 lives and infected more than 15,000 people in the country so far.
