More charges brought against Trump in classified documents case

Special counsel Jack Smith has brought additional charges against former President Trump in the classified documents case. Court documents show that Trump is being charged with an additional count of willful retention of national defense information and two additional obstruction counts related to alleged attempts to delete surveillance video footage at Mar-a-Lago Club last summer. Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe joins AC360 to break down the new charges and what it means for the investigation. Plus, Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff managed the then-president’s first impeachment trial and was a member of the House select committee that investigated the January 6 attack against the U.S. Capitol.
