Derek Chauvin, the fired Minneapolis police officer, who was seen in a video with his knee on George Floyd’s neck is charged with third-degree murder and also faces a charge of second-degree manslaughter. The death of Floyd has sparked outrage across the country. Ben Crump, the Floyd family attorney, joins AC360 to react to the charges against Chauvin and to the protests throughout the country.
