Episode description

Conversation with Lady Boss from Stereo Part 1 of 2 We go deep in this episode. We talk about the cause and onset of homelessness in the 1980s. I was living in San Francisco at the time and saw the inception of the problem. The mental institutions literally turned patients free onto the streets creating what we now know as homelessness overnight.  We also discuss the ENRON scandal and how that led to the recent energy crisis in Texas. We talk about the lack of social programs in the US and how we could do so much better if our politicians had any will at all. Ultimately it all comes back to money in politics and the failure of the two party system. Corporations have bought off both parties, so they don't even really disagree with each other on issues like war.....oh yea we are still at war 20 years later .....based on a lie.
