Episode description

Homelessness has reached epidemic proportions in the US In this episode I discuss a KQED NPR article and the fact that homelessness in the United States was an epidemic prior to the pandemic. I also discuss how it is amazing and appalling how in the United States is still the only industrialized Nation that does not have universal Health Care and free college education. It has really shown us the grip that corporations have on our government and how in bed with corporations are politicians are that they will not give us universal Health Care even in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. That is how powerful greed is. Source Article: https://www.npr.org/2021/03/18/978244891/hud-growth-of-homelessness-during-2020-was-devastating-even-before-the-pandemic
