We should be able to have conversations about topics such as this without people getting all up in their feelings and insulting people. The first half of this conversation was pretty civil, then my guest got up in their feelings and jumped off the podcast. If we cannot be civil, respectful and talk calmly with people who have differing beliefs how will we make any progress on contentious issues.  It is important to evaluate information on its merit and not to discount information because you may have a bias against the person delivering the information. Hence the saying "don't shoot the messenger".
