The story behind the tipnos, the story of the risen Jesus hymn. The risen Jesus is in the world today. Men don' t believe it anymore. I' m sure I' m his tender hand. I feel and can hear his voice and find wherever I want my Savior, Jesus, Jesus, my Christ, lives today talking to me, looking at me. Lord Jesus, Jesus, gives salvation. Happy, I' m coming because yours I' m won my heart. Alfred Acley was a talented musician who graduated

from the Royal Academy of Music of Man Andrew. He played piano and zeal and was an excellent composer. After studying music, he studied theology at Westminster Theological Seminary Marylene and was ordained as Presbyterian minister. He was a pastor for many years in the United States. Due to his skills as a musician, he was awarded a doctorate in sacred music from John Brown University in Arkansas. One day after preaching on an evangelistic crusade, a young man asked him why

he should worship a dead Jew here. He answered," He lives you " I can assure you. He' s not dead. He lives here and now. Jesus Christ is more alive today than ever. My own experience testifies to this, as does the testimony of countless thousands of people. Later on, that day he wrote the melody and l o s or the letter of the hymn Risen Jesus
