The story behind the tibulos or bo bo, story of the hymn A Cristo Coronat. To Christ Coronad, divine savior, seated in high majesty, is worthy of praise, to the king of glory and peace. Lords pay and bless the immortal for all eternity. As originally, this hymn was known as the Seraphim Hymn and consisted of six stanzas, it became widely known throughout the religious realm of its time. Christ Coronat was originally written in one thousand eight

hundred and fifty- one by the English poet Matthew Bridges. Christ Coronat is one of the most emblematic hymns of the world Evangelical community, because he confirms the triumphal return of our Lord Jesus Christ to earth. This revelation, included in The Book of Revelation, is the main essence of this centenary song, which has endless versions that resonate around the planet in the present and account for

the prompt coming of the king of kings and lord of lords. The original verses of Christ Coronat appeared after the eruption of the Oxford Movement, which prompted in the United Kingdom, the recovery of the oldest religious traditions, were written

by Bridges on the basis of the biblical passage Revelation nineteen. Twelve later, in one thousand eight hundred and fifty- two, when the first stage of Queen Victoria' s two vast Kingdom of over sixty years was completed, they were included in a volume of poems about Jesus' passion, with the first title of the Seraphim song. After gaining renown and repercussion in the British Isles

in one thousand eight hundred and seventy- four. Bridges' hymn was rewritten by the Anglican priest Gothree Treng who, according to various historical versions, combined it with stanzas of his authorship with the intention of giving it greater spiritual value. He was concerned that this popular hymn was allowing Catholic theology to be preached to Protestant churches, so he wrote six other stanzas based on Protestant theology to

replace some that alluded to the Virgin Mary. Thus, and in the opinion of Christian musicologists, what is now held in most evangelical hymnaries is a perfect combination of the work of both men of faith or Christ coronat is one of the most majestic hymns that speak of Christ' s coronation as king of the Universe.
