Navigating Anatomy & Physiology Challenges

Now let's hear from a few of my students about their opinions of the course and how they achieve success.

is that it is definitely a very challenging class with a lot of terms to take in and to learn. It could definitely be overwhelming, but I do think it is something that we should all know it is very interesting to learn the body and to understand the concepts of it and how it works um and once you really get into it i feel like you just want to learn more and more what i've gained from the class i gained more confidence actually um because before i was really

stress before school started I was really anxious about anatomy and physiology because it was very intimidating at first um but once you slowly like get to just dissect the class learn things like one thing at a time It doesn't become as anxious or stressful or overwhelming, but I've definitely gained a better understanding and respect for the human body and how it works.

And also the people who teach it because I know it's not easy at all. And what to do to be successful in this class. Definitely 10 out of 10 study. Like you need to make time. for um studying i'm more of a hands-on i gotta look at things and touch them and feel them but um you definitely my biggest thing is to make time for it make time to study and and look through um your notes and videos really just trying to find something that works for you also

taking notes, drawing pictures, and repetition. I feel like it will definitely help you be successful in anatomy and physiology. Hello, my name is Jabrasia.

Mastering A&P and Future Applications

I currently go to St. Phillips College. I take Professor Harris's human anatomy lecture. I really love how before the class, I really was nervous and scared and didn't believe in myself as far as like. thinking that I would be able to grasp all this information and store it. But one thing about Ms. Harris is she really makes you know your stuff. Like, I don't know how she does it, but I know she breaks it down in our lingo, you know.

so we can relate it to everyday life which is one of the biggest things that i like about her class um one thing that i would make sure i mean if you do want to take her class just make sure you're taking notes and if you want to just try to be engaged with the class because you know you kind of miss harrison does it in a way like she has you teach the class and it's just like the only way you're gonna be able to teach is if you know it right and

So that's what I like about her class. I feel really, really smart. I feel like a scientist kind of, but I think I'm being a little bit dramatic. But yeah, good luck. Hi, this is Ailey here from Your Friendly. anatomy class i wanted to give you guys some tips and what i've learned so far anatomy is going to help you with your basic skills that you're going to take to your future careers and the benefit of it is you're going to keep using it in all your levels of your career.

and just to let students know who are thinking about joining the anatomy class anatomy is like having two classes in one but thankfully they have a bird center that has lots of models that will help you learn the parts of the body and what parts of the body does what. It's really helpful. those were some words from a few of my current students i'd like to thank them for their assistance this is just the first introductory podcast we will start the actual anatomy and physiology content

next time. See you there.
