Episode description

(6/13/19) This one is a bit longer than the last one but for the third episode I have one of my longest "political" friends on to talk about his views and his utopian 'Smalleyverse'. Justin and I first connected back on 2012 while he was still in the Navy and I was just beginning my introduction into Libertarianism. Since then he has become a brother and part of my #AnFam.

Justin's recommend reading....

Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969), was a landmark United States Supreme Court case, interpreting the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The Court held that government cannot punish inflammatory speech unless that speech is "directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandenburg_v._Ohio
