Join host Jianna and her guest Mia as they discuss how she breaks down information from different sources to make healthy decisions for her mental and physical health. Jianna is a PhD student at Dalla Lana School of Public Health in Social and Behavioural Health Sciences.
Mia is a high school student and member of the Lloydminster Youth Council.
