What is wrong with him ? Not real bright is what I say . All right , let's see . I want to go back and touch on this Harris County District Attorney guy who will not

press charges for murder , any kind of murder , any kind of anything on this dude . Who they're , who they're hiding the identity . So I talked about this yesterday on the podcast . There is um , a person , a man who was killed was zary is his name . He helped the iraq . I think it was iraq . Is the iraqi ? No , afghan , afghanistan . Um , isn't he Iraqi ?

No , afghan Afghanistan . He was over there in Afghanistan helping our US soldiers , you know , do their jobs , and so he got to come over here to the United States when we withdrew and all of that . But he apparently was killed , gunned down over a parking spot in his apartment complex .

Now the story reads that the two got into a confrontation and then Waziri was going on his way back to his car to move it , whatever . Then the other guy went and got a gun .

So he had time to cool down to come and he got his gun , came back and shot him down , shot him down , shot him dead and they won't identify the suspect and they're not going to press charges . What in the world ? The guy is back the hours later was already back , or woman , whatever was already back in the apartment complex . Is it a cop ?

What's going on here ? Nobody's above the law . They like to scream . Well , the Harris County District guy the new guy Tear is his name T-E-A-R-E . He is a Democrat and on his website , proudly raised by activist parents and he's a Democrat .

I looked up his affiliate , his political affiliate , definitely a Democrat , and so he's also Harris County DA this is another story from May 2nd Dismisses criminal charges against former public health director Barbie Robinson .

So he is in there just dropping all kinds of charges , not charging people , and you have to go look up the story and see the people to know what I'm talking about . This .

Barbie Robinson , who is 55 , was indicted last year on four felony charges stemming from an investigation by the Texas Rangers and the county DA's office , which at the time was led by Kim Ogg . The new district attorney , sean Teer , says the charges cannot be proved beyond a reasonable doubt , and so he's dropping all the charges against this lady .

So somebody needs to look into this . That's all I'm saying . All right , we need to move to the question of the day what is the dumbest law you have in your state ? Now I had to look up some here in Alabama . I don't know if these are still in effect , I don't know .
