Episode description

TALK TO ME, TEXT IT

Missing black boxes. Frozen bodies. Questionable government grants. Today's episode dives into three bizarre news stories that raise troubling questions about institutional accountability and transparency.

We begin with the puzzling National Transportation Safety Board report on January's Philadelphia plane crash that killed seven people. Investigators recovered the black box buried eight feet underground only to discover it hadn't been recording for years. How is this possible? What other critical safety oversights might be happening in the aviation industry?

The mystery surrounding three Kansas City Chiefs fans found frozen to death has finally been resolved – they died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity before freezing. But in a surprising turn, authorities have arrested the homeowner and his alleged drug dealer on involuntary manslaughter charges, raising complex questions about personal responsibility versus dealer accountability in drug-related deaths.

Perhaps most eyebrow-raising is the revelation that the Biden administration approved a $600,000 USDA grant to study menstruation in transgender individuals – part of $128 million spread across 341 gender-related research grants. This spending raises serious questions about priorities and oversight in government funding.

We wrap up with a thought-provoking question: If you could instantly become an expert in any field, what would you choose and why? This leads to an interesting reflection on what truly makes someone an "expert" in the first place.

Intro / Opening

Speaker 1

Well , hello and good morning . We made it through the week . Welcome one and all . Happy Friday . We're going to get right to it , as the intro says . First up , hat tip to Mr Shons fora . Follow-up report of the National Transportation Safety Board releases new findings about the plane crash in Northeast

Friday Morning Welcome

Philadelphia . So what was this ? A couple of weeks ago , last month , something like that , philadelphia . I'm just going to read it the National Transportation Safety Board has released

Plane Crash Investigation Reveals Silent Black Box

its preliminary report into the Northeast Philadelphia plane crash on January 30th that left seven people dead . I guess this had this little girl on plane that she was . They were flying back to Mexico , she had just gone through some medical procedures or something like that . Anyway , and this , do you remember it ?

I mean it just it was in air , in flight , for like a minute and then it came straight down . It seemed like it was such a strange , bizarre , and we don't know what happened . And we still don't know what happened because dun-dun-dun .

In the report released Thursday , the NTSB said it was able to clean and repair the cockpit voice recorder , commonly known as the black box , which was buried eight feet underground by the impact of the crash . My goodness gracious , wow . However , the NTSB said the recorder did not record the plane's final flight .

Investigators went on to say it is likely the device had not been recording audio not just that day , but for several years . What in the tarnation ? Isn't that against the law ? I don't know . I mean , who are they going to arrest now , right ? The enhanced ground proximity warning system computer was also recovered from the crash scene .

The NTSB said the device may contain flight data and was sent to the manufacturer for evaluation . Investigators said that evaluation is still ongoing . So they recovered the black box and nothing's on it . And it says it's not been recording for years . What in the world ? So again , I got this from . Mr Sean's tagged me in it for an update .

I'll read you some tweets that people said to the to the article . Johnnyboe77 said oh , that's not shady at all . Mr Sean's replied to him they think we're stupid . Yeah , I agree , they do think we're stupid . There were some more . I thought there were some more comments on here , but I don't see them now . Sorry y'all .

I thought there were more comments than that . I thought I read some . Oh well , we're going to move on to the next topic that I have up for , and it's also a update story on the Kansas City Chiefs that were found dead outside a after a Super Bowl party or something like that last year

Chiefs Fans' Deaths: Drugs and Manslaughter Charges

for the New York Post . All right , y'all ready for this New I'm sorry , no foul play in death of Chiefs fans found frozen in backyard , as charges and cause of death finally revealed . So no foul play , meaning the drugs were involved .

They took drugs and then , I guess , were so out of it , didn't realize what the hell that it was freezing outside , went outside , sat down and froze to death . That's what they're saying . But there have been arrests , which I don't know how I feel about this .

All right , kansas city police confirmed there was no foul play in the deaths of three friends found frozen in their buddy's backyard over a year ago , putting to rest boundless theories that dogged the bizarre tragedy . The friends ricky johnson jr , david David Harrington and Clayton McKinney each died of fentanyl and cocaine toxicity . That's what they died of .

So and then they died and then they froze to death . I mean , I'm sorry , they died first sitting outside , I guess , and then of course , being dead . They couldn't get up and move and come inside , so that's why they were outside frozen .

So bags of the dangerous drug , bags of the dangerous drugs were found inside the 39-year-old Jordan Wilson's home Willis's home where the friends had been hanging out to watch a Kansas City Chiefs football game together on January 7 , 2014 . Two days later , their bodies were found frozen out . Two whole days , two whole days , two freaking days .

Were they not reported missing ? Did this guy not go out in his backyard ? This , no , something , no , oh . The two days later , the bodies were found frozen out back by maybe they were just covered by snow , I don't know While Willis had been inside and apparently failed to notice them . The trio's family and friends were okay , blah , blah , blah .

Here's the thing , though , so let's see . Finally , their loved ones will get some answers . Kansas City police have now concluded their investigation , announcing on Wednesday that they were bringing involuntary manslaughter charges against Willis and his alleged drug dealer , 42-year-old Ivory Carson . Both men were arrested on Wednesday afternoon .

I am not sure how I feel about this . Now , I wasn't there . I don't know . If you are at a party and you take drugs , is that not your personal responsibility ? Now , again , I wasn't there , but I have a feeling they were not forced to take these drugs . I don't know what that looks like anymore nowadays , with how you take drugs , you know ?

Do you inject it ? Do you swallow pills ? Do you smoke it anymore ? I don't know , I don't know how this happens . How do you , how do you do that ? I mean , what in the world ? So I don't know why these men are charged with involuntary the people took the drugs themselves , would be my guess . You know , I don't know , I don't know , I don't know .

What do you think about that ? Do you think they should be charged ? I know people want answers and they want I mean , they want some kind of conclusion to this . They want somebody to pay , but their loved ones did it to themselves , I'm sorry to say , but I don't know . Maybe I'm just being too callous .

You know , I grew up in a different world than what we live in today . All right , we are moving on to the next topic , and this is from actually LifeSite News . All right , here we go . All right , here we go . Biden , joe Biden , usda included transgender menstruation research and 128 million dollars for grants related to gender ideology . What , all right ?

The US Department of Agriculture ,

USDA's Controversial Gender Research Grants

under the Biden administration , approved a $600,000 grant to Louisiana Southern University Agriculture and Mechanical College to study menstruation in transgender men and people with masculine gender identities , intersex and non-binary persons . All right , stop .

When they say transgender men , they mean women who think they're men , who are masculine , who are probably just old-fashioned lesbians , butch lesbians . They are not men , but guess what ? They still have their freaking periods . Why do you need to research that ? It's nature . You don't need to research that . They're women . We have periods .

All right , sorry , men out there , I know , maybe , you know , oh , maybe too early in the morning for this talk , but the college fix the college fix reported that the grant approved in april of 2024 is not exclusively about transgender menstruation . There's no such thing as transgender menstruation . All right , women have periods , period . It's not transgendered men .

This is so dumb . And , first of all , I don't think Joe Biden even knew that . What was going on , these are these little minions underneath of him , because he was so out of it , out of his mind , he had no idea what he was doing , so the people under him decided to push their own agendas . That's what that's about . That is exactly what that's about .

All right , but study proposed Okay , blah , blah , blah . It's not exclusive about transgender administration , but the study proposal calls the aspect important to recognize and that it means that any given moment , about 26 percent of the world's population is menstruating . Why do we need to know that ? Is there ? Well , tell me somebody .

Tell me the importance of knowing that the grant is currently active , and it's oh , it's currently active and it's broad-ranging look at issues surrounding menstruation products and education runs until 2027 . This is such BS . I hope somebody bigger than me , I hope somebody big out there , talks about this . This is , I mean . What are you going to do , though ?

Right ? This is just one of 341 Biden-era grants related to gender ideology that dispersed a total of 128 million dollars . According to app's database . The vast majority of the money came through the us department of health and human services hello , rfkj , get on that followed by the us agency for international . You can go finish reading that .

It just , it's just going to get your blood boiling . I just I can't stand it . I can't stand it . I don't know it just it's stupid , and this is all the things that people that they have gotten away with in these four years is just astonishing .

All right , we're going to go on to the question of the day , and I have a really good question of the day for you . Are you ready for it ? Here we go , if you could instantly . Now there's going to might be some stipulations here . If you could instantly become an , there might be some stipulations here . No-transcript . That's the question of the day Now .

If you want to think about

Question of the Day: Becoming an Expert

it as in if I could start over and do something , or if you want to think about it in your current age and your environment and what you can do right now , whatever you take it however you want and you answer it however you want , that's the question . If you could instantly become an expert in any field , what would it be and why ?

I have no clue what I would do and what . Here's my question . Here's another question what is an expert nowadays ? I have no formal training in anything as far as like college education To me . I don't know why , but in my brain , if you're college educated , to me that makes you an expert . Maybe I'm wrong .

Maybe I need to change my way about that , change my thinking about that , because there are people out there who are not college educated , who are experts . So I think I probably need to change that . I still don't feel like I'm an expert in anything except my own life , so I don't know . What do you think about that ? All right , I need to go .

You guys have a great day . Thank you for listening . Uh , and the gent and I will be back on Sunday for our podcast , which I can't believe I haven't not talked about at all this week . It's called brood awakening and we do that on Sunday , so look for that this Sunday . It's going to be great . Okay , got to go . Love y'all , bye .
