Well, hello. Hey. Hey, welcome. Okay, so I'm on my lunch break. It's Friday, I'm on my lunch break doing a 30 minute walk because I'm doing this three or slash 30 challenge for 31 days in this month, June, you just either have to run three miles a day or move for 30 minutes. And since I have the rest of my day, my evening is all full. I can't go work out or run or work out or do anything later. I thought I would get my 30 minute walk in at lunch.
We are at an , a location where I'm able to do that as beautiful outside. But speaking of work, we just got notification that the CDC has given our area of location, a high mark, a high level of transmission, whatever you wanna call it for whatever disease it is of the month, which means they are requiring mandating wearing masks again at work. Well, you know, I am not happy about that. And within 30 minutes I applied for like three different jobs.
When I got that notification, I'm gonna look for another job. I don't care if that means a pay cut. And that's a shame because I love the job that I do. I love the job that I do so requiring these stupid mask mandates again. So again, again, this is the second time I am just over it. I'm livid and I'm not happy.
So I've applied a couple of different places and I'm gonna continue to apply until I find something that doesn't require a mask that I'm gonna , I wanna work for a , a company that is American, loving freedom, loving , constitutional, loving company that doesn't put up with this from the CDC. I mean, how does, who , who the is the CDC? Who, who made them, who pointed them in charge of all this crap? They need to go they need to go back to their little private thing and do their thing.
I just, you know, keep your hands out of this , the rest of it. But I I'm afraid that our country is no longer the country that we all used to know and love. It's no longer America, quite frankly, you know, Joe Biden said it himself. We are in an incredible transition. You know, they, they want a socialist country and we're there. Quite frankly, we're there. It's just, most Americans, I think, are in a position where it's not affecting them just yet.
a lot of Americans, I think are pretty darn comfortable where they are, how much longer that will continue. I don't know. But I also know some other people that are, are comfortable, but they're also preparing. So anyway, I know there's probably a little wind in the background, but that's okay. That's just the way it's gonna be. I guess I'll end it with that for now. I don't wanna get too long into political stuff, but I'm just, I'm sick of it. I'm tired of it. It's stupid.

Good morning. It's me again. I'm back. It's now Saturday morning, last night. Uh , my son, his do his daughter. Oh my gosh. My son, his wife and her mother and the baby. We all went to the trash ban , Panda baseball here in north Alabama. We have a minor league baseball team called trash pandas. Now we used to have in Huntsville, they're actually based in Madison air quotes. but it might as well be in Huntsville too.
Although the stadium is technically in Madison barely, but we used to in Huntsville used to have a baseball team, the Huntsville stars. And I think at first it was, you know, pretty good, well attended. And then all of a sudden, nobody wanted, nobody went, nobody went. So they closed it down. They tore down the stadium. I think they're tearing it down. And that was, you know, a few years ago.
And I think the reason no one can get behind a sports team here in Huntsville, Madison is because they're all, everybody is from somewhere else. So there's really no pride in a local, grew up here type sports team. But anyway, we went to the , to , I keep wanna call 'em the stars. We went to the trash Panas baseball game last night in the new Toyota field out there. And , um, it was fun. I enjoyed it. And it , it was well attended.
I think there were some empty seats, but overall, I guess Friday night, because there's really nothing else to do here in this area. I think it was well, it was well attended and it was fun. I enjoyed it. We did not stay for the whole game because we had the baby with us , but, and he started to get a little fussy and cranky, but he was good overall. And anyway, so now this morning I'm watching the news and these gas prices, oh my gosh, y'all almost $5 a gallon in my whole.
I was sitting there thinking in my whole 55 years of being on this earth, I have never seen gas prices this high and this president that we have, I , you know, people say, some people say he's evil and he has this evil plan. And I don't know that he's evil. I , I don't know that I'm ready to admit that yet, but he, I think he's just my personal belief is I think he's just stupid and clueless. And he has no idea what is happening in the real world.
I mean, he, he, he surrounds himself with what I call a paper doll administration. And what I mean by that is young people rated out of college with no experience and really have they, all these people that I've been born and raised up in , you know, these upper class , uh , families. And they , you know, they don't have any real world experience. Didn't have to struggle. Didn't have to build anything, you know, they're born into privilege or whatever you wanna call it. I don't know.
But they, they don't have any depth in , in real character. So they just, they they're clueless. All of them . They don't know. They don't understand. I mean, you know, they're showing a picture of AOC right now. I could almost appreciate her because she was a bartender. So, I mean, she, she kind of, you know, had a regular job for a while . I don't definitely do not agree with her on anything. She says, I think she's a moron as well.
But anyway, so Joe Biden, I just, does he know what he's doing? Does he know what he is doing to this country? Does he know that he is changing it into a socialist country? Not changing it, but I mean, we're pretty much there. Does he know that? Or does he still think, you know, oh, this is America of the, you know, cuz he grew up in America that you know, was, was a good, was good and opportunity and all that. Does he still think he lives that way?
Probably because he's clueless that he he's never had to do anything. He's been in politics his whole life. Anyway, ah , this, this four years cannot go by fast enough. The next three years cannot go by fast enough. And where is Kamala? Where is Kamala? I think they have her hidden somewhere and they are putting her through some serious bootcamp stuff. They're training her. They're teaching her how to act, how to talk, what to say.

Not have to, but she there's something that's gonna , there's something happening. It's weird. I don't know. Or maybe she's just hiding away so she can run. Cause I'll , I'll be damned. I know Joe Biden is not gonna run again. He can't, I mean, come on. But anyway.
Okay. Enough of that, enough of politics I'm gonna go for now and then maybe I'll be back here in just a , I don't know if I'm gonna come back or if I'm gonna end it here, I'll probably be back. So don't go anywhere. I'll be back in a minute. Don't go anywhere.
Yeah. Well I'm back and it's Monday afternoon. I'm in the car having lunch or just finished lunch, had some leftover Chinese, gonna go to the gym after work today. It's supposed to be scorching hot here in north Alabama, like a heat and of 105 or something ridiculous like that. So I am glad I joined you fit gyms so that I can go run indoors.
I'm probably gonna do like a 20 minute run just to get warmed up and then probably make up my own CrossFit workout because the workout of the day on their website is a rest day. So I'll probably do some like dumbbell snatches, some burpees, maybe some box step up for like a Metcon and then do something. Maybe I'll do some front squats and bench presses or something like that. But that's what , that's what I'm gonna do this afternoon. Um, anyway, that's about it and I will end it here.
We had the baby Saturday for almost all day. That was fun. He's getting so big and growing so fast. It's amazing how fast they can grow. It's weird. Okay. Well I'm gonna go also I'm God, I can't believe I'm about to tell y'all this. I am dabbling with TikTok . Now. My podcast is the one that's called more remarks because you know, I think it was kind of clever. And even though I didn't come up with it which makes it even more clever because I am not a clever person. All of my friends are clever, which is why I never really got on TikTok because I don't think I'm clever and witty enough for TikTok cuz I'm like, what do I have to say?
