Hello , good morning , happy Tuesday . Tuesday , I think , is underrated . I mean , every day of the week has its special , you know special meaning of something right ? There's Sunday , the day of worship , beginning of the week . Monday could also be beginning of the week , but everybody hates Monday . Monday blues you go back to work back in the routine of the week .
But everybody hates Monday Monday blues . You go back to work Back in the routine . Tuesday doesn't get a day . Wednesday's hump day . Thursday you're sliding into the weekend . Friday woohoo party time . Saturday , a little bit rest and recovery and you're back at it on Sunday . But Tuesday , what does Tuesday get ?
I think Tuesday's , like me , just vanilla , simple and boring . And that's okay , I like vanilla , I like my vanilla . Simple life . Okie , dokie , we need to move on . When I was reading through this this morning I thought well , I don't know how , I don't know if I believe this , but then I kept reading it and I was like , okay , maybe it's a long , convoluted story . And here we go .
Deputies raided an I Iowa church and removed 88 children participating in a Bible study camp as part of a sweeping human trafficking investigation . The youngsters are now in protective custody of local agencies after they were taken from the Shekinah Glory Camp run by Kingdom Ministry of Rehab Recreation . So my first question here is okay , where are their parents ?
What kind of camp is this ? It's just like when I think camp , I'm thinking like I used to go to a camp , a church camp . Uh , we'd stayed there for like a week , maybe , maybe a week . Maybe to me as a kid probably was a week , but in me as a kid probably was a week , but in all reality it was probably just a weekend or something Maybe .
But I had a good time , it was fun , it was a church camp , and so my question is how long was this supposed camp ? Where were their parents ? Why were they taken into custody , apparently given to foster parents ? Where were the parents ?
Deputies executing search warrants removed the children over the weekend and took them to a nearby Methodist church to meet with child protective workers . The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services placed the children in temporary foster care until they could be reunited with their parents or guardians . Reunited what I mean ? What I don't understand .
This I don't understand . The Kingdom Ministry of Rehabilitation and Recreation , founded in 2018 , was hosting the summer camp from June 8th to the 29th . Alright , so it was a couple weeks long . The family behind the ministry that runs the camp in Columbus Junction denied the allegations .
What we try to do is we take care of adults and children who are under the influence of drugs , alcohol and nicotine . Victor Bowie , whose parents run the ministry , told the outlet the adults and children we take care of them . We provide food for them . The children we separate from the adults . We separate the boys and girls .
We care for them , we provide for them . Bowie told KWQC that a teen from Texas called authorities because he didn't want to attend the camp . Hmm , bowie said no children were ever in danger or harmed . We never harmed that child . We loved him . He said we bought him like 400 pair of shoes , clothing , everything .
Christian teenagers from across the nation attend the camp , he added . Bowie told wqad8 that when the children aren't studying the bible . They have fun playing volleyball , soccer and other outdoor activities . So it goes on , um . But you know , I thought I don't know how , I don't know if I believe this or not . Um , let me go down to the others .
I don't , it doesn't really . Uh , the oh . Here we go . The church is run by two pastors from burma . They are members of the chin , an ethnic minority . According to an iowa cultural organization , iowa was resettled oh , I'm sorry I I can't read this morning . Iowa has resettled thousands of refugees flinging the longest running civil war in the world .
So then we get down to that part and I'm like , okay , maybe iowa has one of the largest burmese populations in the midwest . I'm shocked . And columbus junction had a significant number in the area . Many of the refugees are poor and work in the tyson's food ink meat packing plant , where the company has translators on premises . Wow , the plant .
I don't know if I like this or not . Oh , burma , also known as Myanmar , is one of the countries added to the controversial list of countries banned from entry to the US by the State Department on June 16th . Now that makes a little bit more sense . And get this .
Mr Shons commented on this and he said I used to work with a Vietnamese guy who , along with his whole family , was trafficked for labor at a Christian farm . Wow , they escaped in the cover of darkness after 10 years . There's a special place in hell for these people Aian farm . I'm not . Wow , wow , that's crazy .

The tide chart team said this beach , which lies on the northwestern side of Florida , is most likely to get hit by brutal hurricanes because of its location . And , to make matters worse , the coast has earned itself the title of Shark Bite Capital of the World . Well , it's an ocean . That's where sharks live .

Well , you know , maybe that's user error and not the beach , maybe that's dumb ass people and not the beach's fault . Um , and I know mr shaw had pointed out that they misspelled hurricanes .
I think they fixed it , because when I just read that it was spelled correctly . All right , so let's see what else is going on . I think that's all we need to know about that . I'm still going to Florida . At least Orange Beach wasn't on there . We go to Orange Beach occasionally and that's where we go .
However , I don't get out in the water , no , I just lay on the beach . I might walk in the water , but I'm not getting in the water like I used to when I was a kid . Nope , no , thank you . All right , I guess that's all I've got today and we need to get to the question of the day . All right ? Here's my question do you have a weakness ?
If so , what is it ? Or if that you will admit to . Anyway , my weakness is obviously sweets and food . Although yesterday I did really good , back on my strict I say back on my strict we never really got off of our off of our um diet . We're still on our strict keto diet . You know , the weekend was a little bit looser . I .
I say looser because during the week I'm very rigid in what I eat and how . You know I eat the same thing every day . On the weekends it's a little bit , you know , looser , but still within the keto diet , although Saturday I did have a Starbucks . That's okay , that's all right , and then I'll have another Starbucks on Sunday .
I know I'll have to explain it to you later , so my weakness would be sweets , but I haven't caved . Yesterday I stayed on my diet .
