We talked about Listener Sydney a few episodes ago because Sydney's boss told her to take her pronouns out of her email signature, calling it “inappropriate” to have them there. We learned afterward that Sydney brought the issue to HR. We wanted to find out what that process was like, how it turned out, and whether or not her boss was being mature about the whole thing.
