European Union foreign ministers gathered in Kyiv this week for their first-ever meeting outside the union, but leaders are on edge across the West after a series of political earthquakes. In a recent New York Times column, Oxford University history professor Anton Jager wrote, "Europe's extreme-right tide has been a long time coming.” He joins the program alongside Liana Fix, Fellow for Europe for the Council on Foreign Relations, to discuss the latest news.
