Episode description

Former presidents and vice presidents will be told to check their personal records for classified documents after some were found at the Indiana home of former vice president Mike Pence. It’s the latest discovery in a growing controversy that has led to many questions, including what actually constitutes a classified document, what the process is when a president leaves office, and whether the system is working. Leon Panetta has served as a presidential chief of staff, defense secretary, and director of the CIA, and joins the show from California.
