Could today's critical minerals deal be a win-win for the United States and Ukraine? It marks a hard turn from the bitter oval office meeting between Presidents Trump and Zelensky in February. Now the deal must be ratified by the Ukrainian parliament, where Oleksandr Merezhko chairs the foreign affairs committee. He joins the show to discuss.
