The first day of June has been deemed the beginning of “Pride Month.” Apparently, this month is meant to be used to recognize and celebrate those who are members of the LGBTQ+ community. Looking into it, I found that the number of young people who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ is growing rapidly. This brings up many questions. Why is this happening? Is social media playing a role? Is a “Pride Month” necessary? Has sexuality become a personality trait? I’ll be discussing all of this on today’s show!
