A quick note from Dr. Jon:  Sociopathy is absolutely in the DSM V under Antisocial Personality Disorder. What he meant to say that it does not appear in the DSM V like it does in the cultural zeitgeist, like on television. It is usually more nuanced and less cinematic than how it is used colloquially.
