#88: Mags

This episode’s guest is Magdalena Gronowska, aka @Cypto_Mags on Twitter. Mags currently works as Vice President of Business Development for Coinkite and previously worked in energy policy and carbon markets prior to making the jump over to the Bitcoin space. 

I love Mag’s passion for the energy industry and Bitcoin. She makes some really interesting points in this episode about how we are living in the first era where we have heavy industry that makes a fully digital product. 

This episode is filled with discussions about the carbon markets. We talk about Cap and Trade and the effectiveness of these programs over the years. Lastly, we dive into Mag’s experience in Bitcoin mining and how she views the world from the lens of someone that went from working for government to working in the wild west of Bitcoin.
