#66: Legends Dinner

This episode is a special one because we have multiple guests as well as a guest host, my Dad, Frank Gagliardi. This episode we sat down after the Oklahoma Geological Foundation board meeting and interviewed three of the foundation’s board members, Lanny Holman, Mark Lester, and Tom Cronin. 

This first half of the episode Frank sits in as guest host to discuss the Oklahoma Geological Foundation and its mission to help students in STEM programs from grade school all the way through graduate programs. We talk about the upcoming Legends Dinner and how the foundation honors individuals who have given back to their communities. 

Lastly, the back half of the interview I swap in as host and we discuss the current state of the industry, advice for young people going into a STEM career, and we get to hear some wisdom from some old school geologists who have a passion for our industry and giving back to the community.
