This episode we have returning guest Marty Bent, the founder of TFTC podcast and partner with Ten31 Investments and Standard Bitcoin Mining. 

Marty is one of the guys that originally sent me down the Bitcoin mining rabbit hole and has one of the highest signal podcasts in the space. 

This episode we discuss chokepoint 2.0 where the US government is cracking down on banking institutions that have any relationship with the "crypto" industry, including Bitcoin only companies. We breakdown the recent lawsuit by the SEC against Binance and Coinbase and how things could potentially play out.
