This episode's guest is Antonia Botero, the founder of MaddProject. Antonia has an undergraduate degree in architecture and a masters in Urban Planning from MIT. Her company is a boutique consulting firm focused on project management for real estate developers.

Antonia gives her thoughts on how to be effective at programming and design, how she deals with difficult clients, and what the best practices are for managing different types of real estate developments.
